Ordered 2 boxes of tiles ,but didn't like the delivery cost (£45)so I phoned to see if they had any discount code.
The woman on the phone was lovely,
she said "by the sound of it you have a Scouse accent"! ( Cheeky) But they have a warehouse in Runcorn I could collect from. So that's what I did .so no complaints from me.

Unfortunately they don't accept returns of unopened boxes of tiles, only entire orders, which is misleading as they talk about easy returns on their website. It is quite normal to order more tiles than you need in case of breakages and return the unused ones.

Also, if you want to return a full order you have to find your own pallet delivery company and return it at your own expense.

Fast delivery and the tiles were stunning

Negative on delivery: I had a smallish order of tiles which were attached to a large and unnecessary wooden pallet and left outside my front gate because the wooden pallet was too wide to come in my gate. The tiles were too heavy for me to lift so had to be left on the street until someone came to help me. I don't blame the delivery guy. I blame the company for dumping a far to large and unnecessary wooden pallet on me rendering it impossible to get my delivery to my front door.

Easy to complete order on line. Very helpful when I wanted to add more tiles when they were due for despatch. Helpful and efficient customer service. Delivery on time with a time frame and my tiles are beautiful.

Free and post free sample promptly delivered. Main order promptly delivered. Tiles were a close match to existing tiles. Could not find suitable tiles anywhere else. Excellent service.
