I did not ask for credit; I've asked for a refund; no one contacted me. I will wait until the end of the week for a refund for the undelivered items, and after that, I will call my bank to request a chargeback.

Would not recommend!!
Definitely would not recommend. Ordered tiles and they sent me 2 different batches that were manufactured on 2 different dates hence there was a shading difference this was not evident until the tile were on the wall. These tiles were white subway tiles. They refused to compensate me as they advised me that it was up to me to inspect all the boxes of tiles individually I.e. batch dates etc. Upon delivery. I did check the boxes of tiles when I received them that they were all the same colour and the correct name of the tiles on each box. Now I have to get a tiler to take down the incorrect tiles and pay him to put up the correct tiles. Very bad customer service. Very annoyed ex-customer.

The actual products were great
The actual products were great, both the uv panels and acoustic panels looks great. However a few uv panels got deliver broken, and one had permanent marker scribbles.
Got refunded for 2 broken panels.

Very poor service
Very poor service. We travelled 5 hours (round trip) to visit the main store in Ballymount. We had already purchased a sample, and had a very clear layout plan. It is for a large over 100m2 area so it would have been a decent size order.
The sales "advisor" could not have been any less interested. "Yea", "grand", "whatever you think...". We left disheartened.

Elementi pearl tiles
Elementi pearl tiles - ordered these through a contractor for floor and walls. Contractor didn't measure correctly so had to get two batches. The floor and wall tiles ended up being two different colors - sales order 516691. Of course tile merchant tried to argue they were the same color, when they were clearly two different colors tiles. Got sample tiles and compared them, the wall tiles were light grey labelled as pearl.
