Exterior step tiles R111
I researched on line for step tiles and bought what I thought was them. Regrettably I would describe them as paving tiles. With them I bought three edgings which of course doesn’t fit them. I would have assumed whoever was getting them ready for delivery would have spotted that and made contact. In future if I buy again it will have to be in store which is inconvenient. To increase your sales I would suggest that you would also recommend buying the grout which I didn’t do.

We were given the delivery date…
We were given the delivery date virtually straight away after the booking confirmation. Delivery tracking was efficient and our artificial grass was delivered an hour before the original expected time. This is the third time we have used Tile Merchant to buy artificial grass and we have always been pleased with the grass and the service.

The online shop had everything I…
The online shop had everything I needed. They quickly delivered the goods. Unfortunately, grout bucket was damaged, but after my email the customer service very promptly sent a replacement for free and with no problem. Great experince. The only thing I would like to ask them is to have a proper colour samples with clear colour numbers, so that I could better see what I am buying.
