Had a problem opening our safe, A new safe was shipped immediately! And stayed in contact with us through e- mail's, until our new safe arrived! Told everyone and one of our friends ordered a safe the next day!!!!

Safe came banged up n paint chipped.. Took several sets of batteries before we got it working. Quality wasn’t the best… I’m disappointed since i spent a lot of $$..
