The safe seems to be of decent quality for the price. However the included floor mounting hardware is a horrible. Its design can not hold 2 pieces of paper together. After drilling the holes in the floor to accommodate the anchors and discovering they do not work as intended, those holes are too large to accommodate larger size anchors without drilling out the bottom holes of the safe. Plus, the bottom shelf holes just barely expose the securing holes beneath. it.

I received my Tigerking safe quickly! It's a great size safe, though I should've measured the width, it is to narrow for my gun case, but the rest so far is perfect. I lost my "lock cover" it is a piece that gets taken off and of course I misplaced it :-(

I ordered the 4.2 cu.ft 1hr

I ordered the 4.2 cu.ft 1hr. Fire rated safe and the delivery was fast and when i opened it the safe was packed well with foam pieces all around the safe so it couldn’t get damaged.The safe was easy to open and well constructed.I am very pleased.I had to put a light in it so I put a battery light in it.

The item was damaged on the left…

The item was damaged on the left corner, this is more of a FedEx issue than TigerKing but with something that weighs this much why return with some cosmetic damage, just puts a damper on the purchase overall.

Update: FedEx is the only issue here, I did not want to ship back the safe since it is quite heavy and knowing FedEx the next one would have been damaged as well.

Tiger King offered either a return or compensation for the damage which is stellar of their company and I would do business with them again at anytime.

The safe is just the size I need and…

The safe is just the size I need and looks sturdy for the price the only downside is the cover for where the key goes that comes off to put in key to open other than that I’m content with my safe.

Best customer service I've ever…

Best customer service I've ever received from a company!! Stupidly locked keys inside safe, within minutes my email was replied to. A spare key set was then made and I had a set of new keys within 2 weeks. Amazing!!!!

I like the safe, but wish I knew the size before arrival

I received exactly what the picture on the internet showed me.
The only disappointment I had with this purchase was that I wasn’t given any measurements of the safe before purchasing.
It would have been nice to know what size safe I was getting. The one we received will work however I was hoping for a larger safe than the one I received.
