you order things and they confirm you will have them in the week but a few weeks i emailed them and they told me they were discontinued so not good

Ordered a tie from yourselves as needed a very close match to a bridesmaid dress for my up coming wedding in April 2021 and the one chosen is perfect so thank you very much.

I asked why the confirmation email for my order came from a company name that is nothing to do with ties or suits and the reply I got gave the impression that it wasn't properly read, I didn't get an answer even after I sent a second email asking, but now I have been emailed twice to remind me to leave a review
The product arrived fine, the customer service should be better, I would recommend this company but I don't think I would order from them again just because if something were to go wrong I wouldn't really want to deal with the customer service

I found this company online and found their products very nice! I ordered 2 cravats for my wedding which is in just 2 weeks time now. When I opened the parcel which came very quick I discovered they had sent 2 ties rather than 2 cravats. I have emailed them nearly 2 weeks ago and they said they would send the cravats to replace the ties. These have not been received as of yet and no further contact.
