Awaiting a reply from an email sent. There has been no confirmation of despatch. Order was submitted 10 days ago, should have been 3 day tracked delivery.

I'll give it a couple more days, if no reply, then I'll probably seek for money back, with an updated review here.

SCAM?? I ordered some items 2 weeks ago and after the orderconfirmation, just silence. I phoned both phone numbers; the one on their website and the one on the order confirmation, but they go to automatic answer that I dialed an incorrect number. There is no answer to my emails and I also sent a DM to their Insta, but no reply besides an automtic one. I think I have been scammed and have to say goodbuy to my money and items ordered. My advice, Do Not Order from here.

Order not arrived after 3 day delivery. Now it's been 6 days, no tracking info, no comms. Bad service.

Set up an account twice with this company but my details were not saved. Tried to order waistcoats & matching bowties for our wedding. However, firstly anl red error message popped up when trying to pay by paypal. Then tried to pay via bank transfer but my order disappeared from the basket. Finally, I tried to order a 3rd time using the debit/credit card 'Opayo' option. Unfortunately again a red error message popped up. After 3 attempts at trying to order waistcoats & bowties for my wedding & trying to pay for them but receiving 3 red error messages I have given up!! I may ring them on monday to see if this comoany still exist & if they are Legit. I observe here on trustpilot there are no recent reviews, there is one in 2024, the rest are from 2021. Overall, I have found this whole ordering experience very frustrating & it had wasted my time for an hour last night and another hour this morning!!

Through no fault of vendor, the item was not sent as not available when ordered. Excellent communication from Jo at the office and prompt refund given. A trustworthy vendor for when things are not straightforward.

Ordered a tie and pocket square 9am Wednesday morning under the next day promise as both were in stock. No confirmation email no tracking email and no product arrived! Considering this was for a funeral it's pretty p*as poor! Absolute disgrace!!

This company offers not only exquisite waistcoats but an excellent, bespoke customer service. Thank you for valuing your customers by offering the irreplaceable service of a human being. I cannot recommend this company highly enough both for it's products and customer service. Simply the best.

Although the two waistcoats were too small, the service from this company was excellent. Ordered, delivered 2 days later. Returned, 2 days later monies returned.

Great Service and communication- original package was lost in transit to Spain, and Tie Specialist sent another out straight away.

Superb! I ordered a fancy waistcoat and matching bow tie in preparation for an ice dance competition. It arrived today, quality was excellent in terms of the sewing and also the fabrics used, fit was spot on, in no small part because the sizing guide was accurate. The price was also good, very reasonable for the quality and style. Ordered on Sunday, it arrived two days later. I was so pleased that I ordered two more in other colours designs today. I will definitely use this company again.

Prompt delivery, nice material & good fit, certainly meets the brief & will do the job.

I purchased the Waistcoat/Tie/Wedding Pocket Square set but unfortunately the 'Bride to be' did not like the fit. The quality was good and if I were a different shape it would have been perfect.
I returned the set for a refund and received it within 4 days. Thank you Tie Specialist. I would definitely recommend you to others.
