We always use tick travel insurance as it's so easy to fill out and very quick.

Very simple and affordable. Even offer a 20% discount on your birthday

The process was as simple as travel insurance can be.
Medical checklists for declared pre-conditions were logical and fairly quick to complete.
Of course, the real test will be if we need to lodge a claim

User experience is important when deciding to purchase a product
1 The insurance options are up front which means it’s easy to investigate what will suite you as a purchaser

3 Medical is also simple to work through
4 Plenty of reviews to give you a “feel” thar these people do a good job

In summary a good user experiencethis is my second purchase which reminded me these people consistent in providing a great purchase experience

I find that Tick is the cheapest travel insurance and it serves my purpose. I have used them previously. I have never had to make a claim, so cannot comment on that. I hope I never have to. ;)

Ive used Tick for a few years now. Fortunately have never had to claim and hope that if I ever have to its an easy a process as getting the policy. Good options of coverage at a reasonable price.

The test of a good travel insurance company is when a claim is made. Thankfully, I haven't had the need to make a claim as yet, so apart from the purchase experience, I don't have much to say about my 'experience' with Tik Travel Insurance.

I've used Tick now for well over a decade, and have always been impressed by how easy it is to get questions or issues resolved. Tick is also very competitive on price, and I have hard evidence that there's no problem with claims being paid, as this happened with a housemate of mine.
Luckily, I haven't had to make any claims myself, but I'm completely confident that this wouldn't be a problem.
Whenever i've had to ring with a query, there's no problem in getting to talk to the staff, who are always very helpful. I look forward to dealing with Tick going into the future, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Sort of easy but would have like to add natural disasters, had to repeat the process a few times that is to get the insurance, website kept looping back to start

I have found that Tick Travel insurance is one of the best insurances on the market and usually the cheapest. I have had to claim on the insurance once and the claims process was quick and easy and i was paid out in full within two weeks.
