AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They are liars. I called right after an order was placed in error and they are refusing to refund me. I now have to do a charge back and hope my money gets returned. I don't even have the tickets to the concert so I can't resell them!
I called and they refused to give me a supervisor.
They also overcharge by A LOT - and the service charge is not disclosed until after the order is placed
DO NOT BY THROUGH THEM - YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

My mails correspondence below to…

My mails correspondence below to TICKET.COM will tell how bad is this business for the customers.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Gaipuilu,

I have booked my airline ticket with TICKET.DK with two extra supplements (a) Airline ticket Change Guarantee for DKK 602 and (b) Ticket Guarantee for DKK 395) (See Appendix A below).

I have sent a request to change the date of my return journey to Wednesday, 07 August. 2019 (desired departure: 16:40 from SGN, arrival at BLL at 09:30).

You have replied by asking me to paying extra amount of DKK 2896 to complete the change (See Appendix B below).

The whole management of my case sounds totally incoherent. I am using exactly the same service with other companies than TICKET.DK almost with no extra charges. I called customer service using more than 25 minutes without any specific help, leaving more confusion. My questions in this regard are:

1. Firstly, why didn't you take into account my Flight Change Guarantee and Ticket Guarantee! !!!???

2. Why should this change cost more than the price KLM itself requires, which is DKK 2284 (See Appendix C below), whether or not I am a customer of TICKET:DK !!!???

I hereby request a reassessment of my case.
Sincerely
/ Kambiz Gindesgaard

Hi Kambiz,

Thank you for your email.

We can see that you have purchased the flexible ticket at the time of the booking. However, this product is valid to use before the start of the trip. Once the outbound is used then it is no longer valid.

The terms and conditions for the flexible ticket are clearly mention when you click that they want to purchase it.

At the end of the terms and conditions it says: Changes must be made during Ticket's opening hours and at least 2 working days before the start of the trip.

Now, incase you wishes to change then normal airline penalty and fare differences will apply. The payment link we have sent is the price differences for the new travel date.

Med vänliga hälsningar/Kind regards,
Gaipuilu

Dear Gaipuilu,

This is not logical and totally not any reason behind it at all.

If I knew I will “Change at least 2 working days before the start of the trip” why in heaven I booked those initial dates in the first place !!!!!???

The change-requests are the natural consequence of unexpected events associated with the personal or professional changes, this is the essence of paying for extra service to mitigate rather than paying the whole amount again.

I feel like I was stolen shamelessly in my own face.

If it were possible to write “zero” I would do it but it does no give me the opportunity to do it. This company is stealing the money to the customers shamelessly, charging the tickets at an exaggerated price of what really costs. In my case I bought two tickets and the price they showed at the concert chairs was $235.00 each one total for both tickets $470.00 plus service fee $138.66 and delivery $15.00. Total that I have to pay was $623.66 and when I received the tickets the value of the tickets was $110.00 each one. The price of the most expensive chair is $165.00 at the Hollywood bowl.
This is horrible I feel that they stole me shamelessly and when I talk with one employee Bryan #18059, trying to cancel the transaction and they give me my money back, his answer was NO so I told him that I would report it the business at the department of complain, at the police and it will be a bad review by internet. His response was “you can do what ever you want, because I don’t care”.....
please do not buy on this site.

As they say "Buyer Beware" and fool me…

As they say "Buyer Beware" and fool me once, shame on me. I will never purchase these overpriced tickets again. My son suggested them for theater tickets at the Lyric Opera in Chicago. The tickets that we purchased for $107 each were $50 face - not to mention the per ticket service fees + the e-ticketing fee - I could have purchased 4 face value tickets directly and paid less... My bad on this one - never again.

If I could not click on any stars I…

If I could not click on any stars I would. This company is terrible!! I bought two tickets that were super overpriced and they said they had trouble completing my purchase so they sent an email about verifying my identity so I had to send a copy of my drivers license and then after “verifying” my identity they told me I had to repurchase my tickets which the sale couldn’t go through because the original purchase was still pending through my bank and they won’t release my money and in the meantime my elderly mother won’t get her early mother’s da present of her concert. Terrible terrible terrible service

ordered tickets

ordered tickets. paid a ton, but that was ok.
concert is in three days.
I still do not have tickets. I have called 5 times.
each time I get a person saying not to worry that they will get me tickets.
each day nothing happens.

we will see. I think I will get my tickets, but I would not use this firm again. on stubhub your tickets come instantly.
I purchased months ago and I should not be stressing two days before I have to travel to the venue. hopefully magic will happen and I can amend this review

Horrible

Horrible, overpriced and this business is NOT legit. Don't ever purchase tickets through them ever. I was rudely disconnected by the first agent Pamela, then the second agent Lupe couldn't help me either. The agent I got on the phone was the same very unhelpful. My card that was used to purchase the tickets was used without my permission and when I did some research to see why the tickets were so overpriced in comparison to legit ticket vendors I was appauled. I called for a refund but was denied by three very unfriendly and unhelpful people. Beware not to make any purchases through Tickets.com

Beware of them

Beware of them. I didn’t read the information up front saying they resell tickets for scalpers and ended up paying twice as much as I should have. When I placed my order it didn’t disclose their fees and when I talked with their agent he told me the fees were because they don’t make any money off the ticket sales, but if you check out how to sell tickets thru them it indicates they charge the scalper 15%. So in the end I was lied to by them as they make money from both. It was a waste of time talking to their agent, and in the end a good lesson to make sure you are buying from the authorized ticket company.

We 5 people bought a ticket through…

We 5 people bought a ticket through tickets.com . There was some connected flight schedule is changed and then Tickets, com asked us to contact to the airline company to solve the problem even though we bought a ticket from tickets.com not a airline company.
( our schedule is from Seoul - Paris by Korean airline, Paris to Lima by LAN AIR and Lan air changed the time schedule so according to that, Korean airline schedule has to be changed . But whenever I contacted to them , the airline companies told me I have to contact the agency as we bought the ticket by agency )

We sent over 100 time mail to tickets.com but always they answer they tried to solve the problem but airline doesn't answer so you customers need to contact the airline directly and solve the problem yourself!!! What kind of agency they are?? It is passed almost 4 months and they didn't try to do anything to progress the issue .
We bought all hotels and the other connected air tickets also according to our original itinerary. Now we are talking with the lawyer to solve the problem.

TOTAL SCAM!

This company is a scam. I purchased two tickets that had face value of $74.50 and when I clicked "make purchase" it was the standard amount with a fee (of course). However, the email came with the amount of $1141.00. I figured a standard mistake. Nope, they are asserting their re seller fees made it over $400 per seat and over $300 service fee. I never went to the concert and disputed the charge. When I talked to a rep she said "y0ur little dispute was resolved in our favor" and she talked over me with their terms and conditions. As if she was a recording but she was not. If the credit card doesn't rule in my favor not sure what I will do. Its sad, the concert was on Veterans day and I was taking my VET girlfriend and I to a VETS day treat. This company is an unequivocal scam. Be very cautious.

Rip off

Rip off, very shady company. Prices were more than double of what I could have actually bought at the event location. I did not find that out until the event location posted their prices or else I would have not bought through this company. When I contacted the company they could give a damn less. They would offer no refunds nor would they decrease their price. So in the end I paid $219 for two tickets that I could have bought at the event location for $21 each.

Total scam

Total scam! We paid way more than double the cost of the ticket value. When we reached out about our concerns we received no help from the company. A lot of the communication seemed fishy and this website should not be trusted.
