Scam of a website

Scam of a website. They owe me $500.00 for a cancelled concert. Policy in effect at the time was a full refund, now they only offer credit with no answer after repeated calls. I'm seeking to join a class action lawsuit.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sold me tickets to a fake event and wouldn't return money. Says in rebuttal comments they resolved the issue. Yes, since you kept my money on a fraudulent sale, I guess you would be satisfied. DO NOT purchase from them under any circumstance.

Negative 200. Tickets on sale does not follow its own website agreements. Says they will give a full refund for shows canceled and not rescheduled- guess what? They refuse to do so. Instead want to give a credit. Really? Who would trust a company that lies?

MASSIVE SCAM company - do not buy from them

As stated by many others, tickets on sale is a complete scam. I paid $375 for 2 tickets to a comedy show that was cancelled due to Covid. I have called on multiple occasions, corresponded in their online chat and every single agent gives the same response that their policy is to provide a credit. The last lady I spoke with who was a "Senior Agent" said there was not a single manager or executive I could escalate to, she would not provide her full contact information and hung up on me because she said there was nothing more she could do for me. This company is a complete joke and the ultimate scam artists. I suggest NO one ever buy tickets from them in the future.

This is the WORST company ever

This is the WORST company ever! I paid $400 for Sarah Brightman tickets for October event at Pabst Theater. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled. I purchase insurance for the tickets as well. Guess what, they took my money, event was cancelled and they refuse to refund me. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER buy from them. I will make sure to post reviews everywhere I can to let everyone know how customer friendly this company is. I swear to Lord, this is the worst experience ever that cost me $400.00

SCAM!

SCAM!! I purchased four tickets for a comedy event in March. It was eventually cancelled due to COVID. Now they are saying CREDIT only!! This is BS. I was first told when it was postponed that I would get money back if it’s cancelled. It was first postponed so I didn’t make a big deal but now it’s cancelled and I can’t get a refund. Also, when I call they claim no management above them are available. This won’t be the last they hear of me!!

Taking advantage of COVID

I purchased tickets in February for the now CANCELLED Rascal Flatts concert. I spent $345 for 2 tickets. I got the same BS about COVID and they were only issuing CREDITS. This was RF's FINAL concert tour! I demanded a refund and have had no response. I am in the process now of contacting my State's Attorney General! I dont give a crap about them modifying their policy due to COVID. The policy that was in force when I purchased my tickets offered a REFUND!

terrible service

terrible service, bought tickets for ball games, event cancelled due to covid, no refund available, only a credit, their policy stated if event was cancelled they would offer a refund. They later advised that they had to amend their policy. what a ripoff! how can you amend it after the fact. very disappointing!!

Hate u tickets on sale!!! Event canceled because of Covid 19 but u wanna tell me there a option to get a refund and then when I call to get it you say the rules have changed!!!! Poor customer service . I’ll never buy from you again. Stop sending emails that say a refund is a option when it’s not !! Im pissed!!!

This website is an absolute scam

This website is an absolute scam!
If your event is cancelled due to COVID-19, they will take your money and give you a “store credit”, which is set to expire and refuse you a refund!
Customer service is horrific. We continue to get messages of “there is nothing else we can do”. They continue to hang up on us, or end the customer service chat online. You would think they’d cut a nurse on the frontlines a break, and help her support her family by issuing a refund for tickets that cost $1100...
There are plenty of other ticket retailers that the American public can use, that are trustworthy and honest, once the pandemic is over and events begin to occur again.
Use my review as a warning, and take your money elsewhere in the future.
This is disgusting behavior in the midst of a global pandemic. They will be reported.

Terrible customer service and policies

I am surprised by the terrible customer service and policies that this ticket broker has and I'm sorry that I bought tickets through them as I'm most certainly out my money. I never got confirmation of my tickets in the first place and the event was March 19th so they never followed up to let me know if the event was cancelled or postponed. I'm going to continue to follow up and also contact my credit card company and file a complaint.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

If this company could get zero stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Such a scam. Costumer service reps are so rude and unhelpful. I was told I would receive a full refund and then all compensated a credit THAT WILL EXPIRE! Who the hell is wanting/willing to go to any public events right now. I refuse to receive credit when I was initially told I would get a full refund.
Whatever you do don’t waste your money on this company.

Deceptive business practices

Aka Ticket Fulfillment Services - Zero Stars. I also had the bait and switch. I did not go to this site to buy tickets for a, now cancelled concert, but didn't notice I was switched until after it was done. Okay, my bad so I went along and paid almost double the cost. Now the concert is cancelled and they refuse to refund my money. Money that I will now have to pay out of my pocket back to friends I bought tickets for. I recommend you file complaints with BBB and your state's AG and also dispute with your credit card company. Oh, and make sure to review Ticket Fulfillment Services LP aka TicketsOnSale for their deceptive business practices, on every site you can. These people are thieves.
