Well organised

Booking tickets was reasonably straightforward, communication was good, problem was being unable to see tickets in Ticketmaster App, or to download to Wallet. Big delay as signal not good at London Stadium. The person checking the tickets told me off for not downloading them before arriving.

First time to the stadium and to watch diamond league. It was an amazing day, very well organised with friendly and welcoming staff

Well despite cancelling my ticket after a quick phone call it was reinstated .
The day it's self was really good .
Disabled platform ok could have done with a roof on when it poured down.
All three groups were great
Large crowd off all ages
Glad they've sorted out the exit from the venue . Much better .
Enjoyable day .

Show was amazing but think tickets should be advertised as obstructed view although screen on the side we paid to see Bruno Mars. If he stayed at the back of the stage like he did when the show started we would not have seen him he came forward for some of it but had to watch the screen as I said ticket sale was good had to wait 1.5 hours but that was the volume of people I assume

Great venue, bands were really tight in their performance. Great atmosphere. However. Alcohol was a little pricey. Overall fantastic night.

I would have personally said the tickets were restricted viewing. Initially could not see the act the way the stage was set up and then when we could it was very to the side with limited views. Big screens were not available at the back of the arena which may have helped.

Very easy to buy tickets and if anything goes wrong or you're no longer able to go they make it effortless to resell tickets. Their customer service is also much improved.

I purchased lower bowl tickets for a higher price to have a better view. Upon purchase the ticket was not at all labelled as obstructed or restricted view and I never got an email informing me of this before the event. Upon arrival I found my view which I paid a high price for to have a good view was obstructed and one of the speaker stands was placed right in front of my section completely blocking my view of the stage and of Bruno mars himself forcing me to watch the concert from the screens all night. I was charged a high price for a ticket that wasn’t labelled as obstructed and I expect for my ticket to match the description and for the quality to match the price. However Ticketmaster failed to provide this service and protect its customer which is a direct violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and is taking advantage of customers. I do understand that production issues aren’t always known by Ticketmaster until the stage is set up in the venue but the venue is not where I brought the ticket I brought the ticket through Ticketmaster therefore it is their job to insure their product matches the description and they are responsible for this as they are wrongly advertising their product

Great atmosphere in the stadium, lots of world class athletes attending the event, good transport links.

Straightforward booking and issue of tickets

I needed to change my phone number to receive a code to transfer tickets.
To change my number the code was going to my old number! Madness
I was told I would receive a link on my email address to add more verifications - that link never arrived.

Ease of booking, good reminders about event details/ transport/ rules etc

Ticketing was fine. Useful emails before event, just would like to know more about what is permitted to bring into event regarding type of refillable water bottle.
