A Game-Changer for Event Management

We’ve had an outstanding experience using Ticket Fairy. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. It’s rare to come across a platform that combines powerful functionality with such a high level of personal care, but Ticket Fairy does exactly that.

What really sets them apart is the flexibility and depth of their backend. Compared to other platforms like Universe, Eventbrite, or Ticket Tailor, Ticket Fairy offers far more control and customisation, which has made a huge difference in how we manage and promote our events.

Beyond the technology, it’s the human touch that makes them exceptional. The team consistently goes above and beyond, offering guidance, quick solutions, and a level of attention that makes you feel valued as a customer.

I can’t recommend Ticket Fairy highly enough—if you’re looking for a ticketing platform that truly supports you and gives you the tools to grow, this is it.

I used Ticket Fairy for the first time…

I used Ticket Fairy for the first time to purchase tickets for the Budapest Major CS2 2025, and overall I had a very positive experience.
The registration process was quick and straightforward, and buying the tickets felt safe and reliable. Everything worked smoothly, and I received my tickets without any issues. I was also pleasantly surprised by the referral program – it’s a nice bonus opportunity for users.
Another big advantage was the ability to resell tickets directly on the platform. My friend couldn’t attend the event, so he managed to resell his ticket to another friend of mine through the website. Thanks to that, I wasn’t alone at the event, which made the whole experience even better.
Customer support was also responsive and helpful whenever there were questions – that definitely deserves recognition.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that the referral reward (or bonus/refund – not exactly sure how to call it) is paid out only several months after the Budapest Major ends. That feels like a very long wait.
Overall, I would rate Ticket Fairy 4 out of 5 stars.
