Very unhappy with my purchase which I assumed would be a Nursery Mans chioce of cactus as all pictures on website showed appantly not house plants was the chioce, cactus was for my grandson feel stupid check before you buy I won't be using this company again !

Unfortunately there was quite a long delay in dispatching the hanging basket (ie, 3-4 weeks). It's arrived today and I had to trim bits off as they'd broken or rotted but overall it looks promising... Solid cardboard packaging with handy internal handles to lift out heavy pre-planted basket.

one of the 2 plants ordered had obviously been turned upside down. I advised T&M and sent photos of the plant I haven't even had a response to my email

As usual, Thompson and Morgan have sent nice plants, well packaged and on time. I've rarely had issues with T&M, but they've always sorted these straight away. You do know that with these companies you will get a small plant, but they are good quality and usually get away quickly so you don't have to wait too long.

The plants that have arrived are in good condition and growing on well. Only part of the order has so far been received.
The delivery was, however, very disappointing. The parcel was dumped upside down on the doorstep in spite of the box stating "this way up". The courier didn't even bother to ring the doorbell or knock on the door. My husband saw the delivery and called to the courier as she walked off down the drive, telling her that the parcel was upside down, but she just gave a thumbs up, said "yes" and walked off. Thankfully due to the way the plants were packaged they were undamaged.

I’ve always held T &M in high regard but something is going very wrong.
I am still waiting for a delayed hanging basket and I’ve just mistakenly paid £8 for a tiny pot of a sempivirum with a share of £7 p& P. This item was very poorly advertised . The item was misleading. I thought I was buying 3 !!!

The plants are always dispatched and arrive in good condition and represent good value

Long time recieving hanging baskets ordered 1july no info about the delay still waiting

I ordered two baskets on half price offer; I should have known better. They arrived mostly dead, flowering finished and ruthlessly cut back. A few weeks work has coaxed a few new flowers from two of the three varieties, but the bidens that is supposed to be in there has completely disappeared. I've managed to fill a gap in a pot with the rescued flowers but they were unusable as hanging baskets. A very expensive way to fill a gap in a pot and I won't get caught out again.

Really pleased with my three plants, they are now doing well, already have some good buds on them.

Beautiful plants delivered safely and on time.

The plants arrived very dry and shrivelled up, some of the stems were broken. I contacted customer services and told them how disappointed i was with the condition of the plants, their reply was see if the recover and tell them which ones don't recover ( great customer service NOT!!!!). I have bought plants from Thompson + Morgan before a few times and have had no luck keeping them alive. I don't seem to have a problem when i buy plants from my local garden centre. I won't be buying anything else from Thompson + Morgan i am just wasting my money

The website is clear, ordering process is very easy. Plants come in excellent packaging to protect them. Pretty good quality.

Plants arrived very well packed - Planted each plug in a small pot to grow on - Now planted out in larger pots and have thrived despite the changing weather. Looking forward to my grasses arriving in October.
