Excellent customer services I would give white smiles 5*s upon receiving my order I realised that I had ordered the wrong item, they without question told me that if I returned the item unopened that they would send me what I needed, they didn’t even charge me extra shipping costs although it was my fault.
I would definitely recommend!

Easy to use
Easy to use, works really well and not too expensive. I have noticed the difference in my teeth after 3 days! Need to be careful not to place too much of the strip on your gums, it made mine a little bit sensitive, but I would still recommend this product!

Don't recommend - Avoid
I've used these whitening strips for about 17 years, I usually buy them in the US when travelling. I was running out so purchased off this site. They strips arrive loose, not in a box. Fine I wasn't too concerned about that. I don't believe the strips are genuine, when comparing the wrapper isn't the same quality and the strips do nothing. The genuine strips would whiten my teeth from the first use but even when using all these it's done nothing. The real ones have a slight foam and leave a goo on your teeth after and these don't. I wholeheartedly believe these are fake and I'll never use this site again.

Misleading selling and terrible customer service
Whitening strips came loose in a brown envelope with no original box or packaging. This is something I would expect from an independent eBay seller and not an established online seller. I complained and and got a reply stating that you pay extra to have it in the original packaging and box. This is not clear on the website. Do not use. Misleading and poor customer service.

Our Crest Whitestrips are accessible in either retail boxes or as individual treatments in sealed retail pouches. The individual treatments provide customers with the flexibility to sample the product, restock on previous treatments, or purchase fewer than 20 treatments or exactly 20 treatments without the retail box at a reduced price (shipping expenses are lower without the box at present). As you bought 20 individual treatments rather than 20 treatments in a retail box, the option does not include a retail box, as advertised clearly on the product page.
Individual treatments are beneficial for maintenance purposes. For first-time purchasers or those looking to give a gift, we recommend opting for a complete retail box. It's disappointing to hear that you've opted not to return the order for a refund.

10/10 experience in all ways!
Great customer service, great prices, delivery was spot on and the product does just what it says! I was being pushed by a dentist to spend £400+ on whitening, I decided to try the Crest 18shades strips instead and they worked SO well! Saved myself a fortune, my coffee and red wine stained teeth whitened massively even within the first week!
