offered £5 off first order but code failed.. valid for 5 days.. it was xmas holidays.. difficult to contact.. all a bit petty when you're spending £113 but irritating, all the same. Left a bad taste, delayed ordering.. and when I rang to discuss, I felt NO sympathy. So I won't be back.

Damaged goods but great service.
Order TWE4375834
Placed an order for some craft beers that only could find available at Whisky Exchange for a gift. Beers took 3 days to come but arrived in a bad state.
The packaging seemed decent enough, I believe these dents were caused at their warehouse and before dispatch. I wish the packer flagged this before sending out.
Despite this, Aleksandra has issued a refund and expedited the process of the returns. Will be happy to give TWE another chance in the future.

Business as usual - no problems just great service.
Nothing at all - just did what it had done for the last fifteen years in delivering a couple of bottles of whisky to my son-in-law twice a year. It has not let me or him down throughout that time.
