AWFUL! I ordered a present for someone on the 29th of April. It is now the 18th of MAY and it still has NOT arrived. I emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and asked for a refund. Radio silence. Customer service is awful and I tried contacting Evri, they cannot do anything either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My order never came and no refund either!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I've received, placed an order well over a week ago was informed would be delivered within 48 hours and had no contact from seller since, tracking information is out of date and when I've contacted Evri I'm informed tracking doesn't exist for the item! Emails and Facebook messages have been ignored, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Order not received and emails and Facebook messages have been ignored. I’ve had to get my banking provider involved to try and get my money back.
Excellent client service!
I ordered an article that got lost, which can happen. I contacted UGC client service and immediately got a response that they were sorry and they were sending the article again. I did indeed receive it a some days after. Very good client desk, helpful, efficient and very kind. And in the end, when we buy online, this is what we need! So very happy!
Never delivered item
Never delivered item, three emails sent and no reply, delivery company uses is atrocious, cheap and unreliable EVRI. Keep my £17 you snakes. Awful experience. I hope they go bust.

BEWARE. Don't use this website, as many people say "fools and their money are easily parted..."
The Unusual Gift Company customercare email address starting with "support@" won't respond to you and ignores any aftersales contact, beyond dissapointing and unprofessional people. AVOID

I placed an order with UGC.
I received the wrong item.
Within a few minutes of sending an email to inform UGC of their mistake, I received an apology and was told to keep the item and that they will send me the correct item .
I was very impressed with the speed which they delt with my complaint and how

Excellent customer service
I attempted to buy a music centre from them as they offered the item they wanted at the cheapest price but when it arrived it was damaged. I contacted them by email and they responded straight away. Their supplier couldn't provide a replacement so they went the extra mile and tried to find another source for the product. When that failed they offered me a full refund. Very prompt, helpful and courteous customer service.

I bought these as Xmas gift for a member of the family the quality is excellent I would highly recommend these to anyone in fact I am going to order another set.

I bought a mug I was specifically looking for an unfortunately the design started to come off a month or so afterwards so I emailed them asking if I could have a replacement or refund and they refunded me very quickly. I'd definitely buy from them again and recommend them, great customer service.

animal cuckoo clocks… 🐵🐶🕰
We ordered two animal cuckoo clocks from the unusual gift company. We had a sheep one for years until it stopped working and we were so happy to find these two clocks for the grandchildren to enjoy.

Excellent product, great fun.…
My last weather stick was broken when a crow sat on it, but it still worked after being taped!! I love being able to look out and see an accurate weather forecast, so after my original stick finally gave up I bought another one.I look forward to many happy years.
