Great customer service !
Excellent customer service & product
Thank you for the excellent customer service, the tshirt I ordered was really great quality and my son loved wearing it for his birthday.
Service was good
Service was good , a little slow on delivery but I didn’t know the products had to be manufactured, I thought they were all in stock , So considering that overall the service was great, and product was great .
Excellent product but delivery time isn't the best
Excellent product and web site. The reason I'm giving four stars is because of the wait time. I had ordered one t-shirt and had to wait for it about five weeks.
Still, I recommend the The Shirt Mill.

I had a wonderful experience with the t-shirt mill. The design process was super easy, shirts were made quickly and the quality is great and they look just how I wanted. I highly recommend this company!
My own design
My hoodie has one of my own designs on it and turned out just the way I imagined it to be. I have a tshirt affiliate business with you (Ikigai Connection) so I had it printed to wear around for promotional purposes. I’ve had lots of interested people!
Still waiting!!!
Well considering I haven't even received my order yet it and the whole process has taken well over a month as well as payment - I can only give you one star.
Highly disorganised business
Highly disorganised business, using the same Covid excuse to explain lengthy production delays for months.
Have been good in the past, although I would recommend opting for the better quality shirts. The basic shirts don't last long. Printing is good quality.
Unfortunately Negative...
I was excited to design and order uniforms for myself and my workers when we stumbled across several issues with TshirtMill
1) I clearly stated on ALL orders and in the notes section to have them double checked and to give me a call to verify that everything I selected was straight and placed in the correct position before starting ANY pieces. All our Jumpers and Shirts came crooked, logos either smaller than what they should be or positioned too low or too high from where originally selected online and never once received a call like I asked to avoid this matter.
2) Orders we're to be completed and shipped by the date specified instead they were over a week and a bit delayed with no explanation and no courtesy message or call. Online was showing that manufacturing hadn't even started on the due date.
3) Colours don't match. I have a specific Blue used for my Logos which is placed on my Business Cards, Invoices, Vehicle and so forth. I used the exact blue used across all my items mentioned above and on the uniforms it's a completely different blue. So be careful as colours what you have don't match their system colours.
4) I selected a range of products to see what each item will look like so if we found something we liked we would order more. One design we specifically added a logo and on the other we removed that same logo and replaced it with wording. We ended up receiving 4 shirts of the non logo design and 0 shirts of the logo design. My invoice clearly shows 2 different shirts yet I receive 4 of the same.
I dont know how a company could fail on all these sectors but unfortunately Tshirtmill doesn't quite cut it. I have now given my designs to a Sydney based team which has absolutely ticked every box of mine from Clean Designs, Proper Colouring and correct product placement not to mentioned folks that aren't afraid to pick up the phone and speak to their customers. So my conclusion, if your making a Bux party Singlet with Permanent Marker lettering I'm sure TshirtMill can accommodate it. If your looking to make something important please avoid at all costs.
(Also my new shirts from the Sydney Team can be tumble Dried and not have the logo fade unlike TshirtMill which CANNOT even glance at the dryer without fading).
I apologise leaving a negative review since I'm very anti staining a business with negative reviews but before someone makes a costly mistake like I did, least you should know what to expect. Maybe if the staff read this and change there ways things could get better but as for right now. What you see here is what you get.
Thanks
Nik
