Recently has become really bad. Especially regarding tickets refunds and cover.
I have been doing the cover for my tickets, I had to change a couple of those and I was not able to do it despite the policy.
I am really disappointed about the recent trainline service Especially since I take the train every day, and EVERY DAY there is something wrong with it and I am unable to change or refund my ticket

It was so easy to book in the Trainline app - my railcard is in the app too so no fiddling around trying to find a separate card. And you are offered loads of price/timing options. Easy to use in the station too

My train going was 20 minutes late and coming home1 hour so U had to pay for another ticket to get home earlier
Too many tickets sold
I booked a ticket, which I then had to swap as I got out of work a little later than expected. However, I was unable to actually get onto the train, it was so full that people were having to queue to get on. Most of which never made it on the train, including myself. I was relying on that train as I needed to collect my son from school and was late due to this. There was no other train I could have got as the other one I could have, had been cancelled.
In future I think that you should set the amount of tickets you’re actually allowing people to purchase and ensure that everyone who purchases a ticket can access the train. I was unable to get a refund, which I applied for straight away. This just added to my frustration because I don’t have money to just waste on trains that I can’t even access.

Outgoing was ok
Return journey was canceled with out any notice due to the weather conditions
Leaving me with no tome to make alternative arrangements and a delayed of 40 minutes untill a train was found to run termination 5 miles from home
I had to catch a service bus for the rest of the journey
I had no further information from TFW as what could be done to help mr
