Tile Shed Blaydon and member of staff specifically. Superb customer experience. Walter showed outstanding customer care on several occasions as we were not the most straightforward customers. We had a large extension to tile floors and small bathroom. Walter went and above and beyond even delivering tiles for us to try out in situ and dropping on his way home from work. Good old fashioned service from a true gentleman of the industry. Thanks Walter and Tile Shed for all the advice and guidance on what was a major project for us. Graeme and Lynda

Outstanding service. After trying an online company (Porcelain superstore, review left) and being bitterly disappointed with service and tiles, I visited The Tile Shed in Birtley. I couldn’t decide so went away to think about it. When I rang to place an order, Lee was brilliant, going out of his way to make sure I got the tiles as quickly as possible. It was his day off when my tiles were due in but he left it in the hands of his colleagues, who rang when they were in, as promised.

I went the next day for additional sundries and having not listened properly to what my husband told me he needed, I got a bit stuck! When I got there, Lee recognised my order, introduced him self and looked on the system for what I needed and then carried it to the car. Fabulous products, fabulous service. 100% will always look here first now.

Fantastic what a great experience from start to finish. James gave us great advice and even recommended a tiler . The experance was seemles I can not recomed the Tile shed enough. 10/10 why would you go any where else give them a go I don't think you will be disappointed.

The staff at The Tile Shed are brilliant and they resolved all of the issues we had with trying to find the outdoor tiles we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the customer service was excellent from everyone we dealt with which is so rare these days. I made several calls to make orders and we were so pleased that we found them. I would recommend The Tile Shed to anyone looking for tiles. Thank you!!!!

Recently went to The Tile Shed in Birtley to buy some floor tiles for a kitchen extension. Staff were very knowledgeable, very friendly and didn't mind me asking lots of stupid tile questions. Took a sample home, match brilliantly, ordered over the phone, super simple. Products delivered on time and look brilliant on the floor. Very happy and will be shopping here for my wall tiles.

Although I haven’t received my tile sample The Tile Shed are keeping me updated regularly. It is a supplier issue. The Tile Shed communication with me has been excellent.

First order was brilliant. Speedy delivery, great price, good quality tiles. Shipment was quite dear to be critical.
Unfortunately I needed some extra tiles because I got my measurements slightly out. The price had gone up on the tiles so I obviously had to swallow the pill and pay extra per tile. Due to the delivery charge it would have cost nearly and extra 50% on top of the price of the extra tiles to arranged to drive to the North East and pick them up myself as that was more cost effective than getting them delivered.
Overall I would definitely use the company again but will be sure to get my measurements more accurate, great result for my first ever attempt at tiling as the tiles cut really well.

Online order very easy and delivery was very prompt.
Price was reasonable until VAT and delivery were added then added another £100 to the order so ended up not such a good deal after all.
Well packaged and delivery company kept me informed.

I ordered and paid for two samples, but only got one of them. When I took the one I received out of the package, it was FILTHY, leaving a black soot all over my hands and counter top.

You took the order then advised you don’t deliver to Northern Ireland, even though you charged £18 for carriage. It was only 2 tubes of silicone sealant and could have been posted or sent with Parcel Force
