Delivery was time was good
Delivery was time was good. But that is where it ended. I did not receive any confirmation of my order from Sparkle Club or delivery details. Had no idea if the order had been received or not. Communication needs looking at.

We are sorry you were disappointed in our service. Our system automatically generates emails confirming orders and despatches. Unfortunately we sometimes find that these go into our customers spam or junk folders. We have looked into this and it seems to depend on the levels of security on different providers. As a small business we do not have a dedicated technical department but we will seek help again to see if this can be rectified. We can only apologise for the inconvenience. As you say delivery was prompt, we received your order on 11th July and it was sent the same day second class post and delivered on the 14th July.
Prompt service and good communication
The Sparkle club service was excellent. We had to return two sets of shoes as they were two big but each time, a new pair was sent out quickly and I was informed. Good communication and service.

Very pleased with the pink sparkly low heeled shoes for my grandaughter.They always fit nice.I got her sister the pink heeled ones a while ago and recently white heeled shoes for her communion.

Our silver jewellery is for children and we do try to include an image in a gift box or on a card for the customer to visualise the size. Absolutely delighted with my purchases
Absolutely delighted with my purchases. The first pair were two small so I tried to order the next size up. They were out of stock online. However when I contacted them they told me they keep a few sizes back just in case this happens! I was so impressed. We got the bigger size and my daughter Absolutely loved them. They were for her first communion but she still wears them with other outfits. Returns couldn't be simpler. Shoes are great quality and communication from the seller is excellent. Highly recommend this seller and the goods.
