I ordered a pair of party shoes for my daughter. The parcel came very quick and the shoes looked beautiful.
Unfortunately, they were a little bit tight and we had to send them back.
Returning the parcel was very easy too and the refund came within few days.

Ordered 5 sept, paid 1st class postage (1 to 2 days delivery) took over a week to arrive (13 sept). Missed birthday.

I have now bought from The Sparkle Club a couple of times and have been very impressed with their level of customer service, as well as the products and packaging. The shoes were packaged with care and love and were a delight to unwrap. The shoes themselves were very good quality too.

I had to return one of the items in my last order due to size. The Sparkle Club absorbs the return postage costs (which is a lovely policy for the customer) but the local Post Office refused to accept their label so I paid the return postage. The Sparkle Club quickly responded to my quiery about this and reassured that they would refund both the cost of the returned item and the postage. And they did - in a speedy fashion.

Very pleased with my overall experiences, and will be buying again from them in the future.

Bought 2 pairs of flower girl shoes a couple of months before my sisters wedding, but unfortunately the week before the wedding we found that they no longer fitted my daughters. The sparkle club were amazing…they got the next size up of both ours out to me really quickly and even refunded the old (unworn) shoes, despite them having timed out of the refund period.
The shoes were really comfy for the girls and they said they felt like princesses in them.

Beautiful shoes! My granddaughter had wanted a pair of shoes with heels. I saw these online and ordered them for her. I was so pleased with the quality and my granddaughter was over the moon with them. Hasn’t taken them off for days!
