Fraud. Ordered the mini shaver in november. Not received. Reported to paypal and immediately got an email to say it has been delivered. It has not. Have asked for photo but not holding my breath. Definite scam

Please do not order with this company. indian scammers charged me $53. No phone number no chat ... fraud fraud fraud

Paid for item using fire app, no goods no replies to emails, no web site anymore - trying to retrieve money - wish I had read reviews before committing money :( FRAUD according to bank

I never received my items from the company. Every time I reached out to them they promised me a new shipment date but all of those shipment dates have come and gone and yet my items have not been shipped or received. I have to dispute the charge with my bank because they are no longer responding to emails. This is a horrible company to deal with and they are most definitely a scam.

Thank goodness for review websites. I emailed someone to ask a question, on two occassions. NO REPLIES. I also tried to contact them through their online website, to ask about a product. NO RRPLY. Stay clear folks, I've been bitten once before by these sort of Hong Kong companies, name of Blackview. They don't give a *hit about people, only interested in getting their grubby hands on your money.

ordered from them in January. Still waiting for my item. Tried emailing them several times. This company is here to steal your money. I will get my money back one way of the other. Its not cool to mess with people who have nothing but time. They should be out of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I give them a 2 because even though they didn't ship what ordered they did issue me a refund but I also paid thru PayPal. When using these sketchy company's always use PayPal. You have no defense without them.

This is a scam. I bought baby wipes on march 17. After I asked when my order will ship they said it was canceled. They said they are not working, but the website keeps selling the products. After I asked for refund they told me to go and complain to the White House. SCAM! THEY ARE CRIMINALS

If I could I would give it NEGATIVE 5 stars. I ordered from SmartShopCentral months ago, haven’t received my order- emailed various times and have not received any feedback in return. They are now working under a different website. Is there any way anyone knows exactly how to situate this legally, if possible?
Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order from them, their last known current website was AgoraoOfficial.

I have ordered in late January and still haven’t received my package.Ive emailed multiple times and they had no response. They have changed the website name to Agoraoofficial (agoraofficial.com) Its a total scam and fraud company. I’m very upset in losing my money from this site. Avoid at all cost. I would give negative zero stars if it let me.

Ordered from them on January 1st and still haven’t received my item. It’s been two months now. They don’t reply emails. Their website isn’t functioning anymore and there is no refund option. A total scam.

total scam dont buy from them, ordered somthing and a low ticket item arrived,m they dont answer emails or provide return address details

The smart shop online charged my credit card for the I item purchased, then two days later when I sent them an email inquiring when my item would be shipped they cancelled my order 2 hours after receiving my email inquiry. They cited the item was out of stock or they could not deliver to my mailing address. My mailing address is valid and if they were out of stock for the item I ordered, then why did they charge my credit card for the item they did not have in stock? They still currently list the item I purchased on their website available for purchase for the same price.

I won't order from them again. Slow shipping and I consider the product I received from them defective.

They are cyber crime they doing online frod with every agents i am 100% sure if any one used this they know all the situation

The smart shop is a frod company they will cut ur money anytime same they did with me

Also they have relation with consumer forum consumer forum taking money from them to hide there issue they will decline ur issue

Make sure if any one using close it as soon as possible and if anyone planning dont take very bad cheater compnay .

I made an Order on a Saturday and got my package on a Thursday, so to me it's a Legit OnlineShopping... :)

Good service and fast shipping. Definitely gonna order again!
