Scam, scam, scamedi scam
WARNING: Do not trust this company.
My experience strongly indicates fraudulent behavior. I paid for a product that was never delivered, and instead of any real support, I was given repeated false and contradictory explanations.
I was told multiple times that the package was “stuck in customs” and that the police were involved—serious claims presented without a single piece of evidence. This felt like an attempt to intimidate rather than provide legitimate information.
When I asked for proof of shipment, none was ever provided. Tracking data shows the package never left the Netherlands. Meanwhile, the local courier marked the address as “invalid,” which strongly suggests the sender may have arranged for the package to be returned instead of delivered.
I repeatedly asked the company to explain how the package could be in local customs if it never even left the Netherlands, and to contact the courier to resolve the issue. These questions were ignored. The only response I received was the same scripted claim about customs and police.
There is no credible proof that anything was ever shipped. This pattern—no delivery, no proof, contradictory stories, and intimidation—matches common scam behavior.
I strongly urge others: do not risk your money here.
