Superb service
I ordered a kilt but I lost some weight, and needed a seize smaller. The only thing I had to do was to pay the package costs. Some wait later; I got the kilt in my seize! Nice quality too.

Today I received my first kilt package. I had some problems with ordering as I do not own a credit card. I emailed Customer Service and received GREAT assistance with the payment.
After packing and shipment I received a link where I could follow the shipment per minute.
The kilt is of outstanding quality. I will certainly order more from The Scotland Kilt Company. They write service with a capital S.

Poor Service
I’m rather surprised to have my opinion sought on this company. I ordered and paid for a rare breeds sheepskin on 13th May. It was in stock, and ready for delivery from 3-5 days. A week later I rang and was told it wasn’t in stock but it would be sent from a sister shop at once. Two days later a sheepskin arrived, but a dyed one, not the rare breeds I had ordered. I rang again and was told to expect a returns bag to arrive “early next week”. It’s Thursday now, and I’m still waiting.
