From ordering to delivery fantastic service ordered the wrong shirt but the customer service sorted it out straight away when I realised my mistake.
The whole outfit was amazing very good quality.
The only thing was the import taxes which were 152€ but not the company’s fault that’s brexit

I was looking for a new tartan scarf for my husband for Christmas this week. He has many but there is always room for a new one. I had left it very late and the local kilt shop had now closed for the Season. I typed in.. blue tartan scarf...and up came your company with a beautiful blue tartan World Peace scarf. We do not have a clan name so it it always nice to discover tartans that anyone can wear .
The best thing was that the scarf arrived within a few days AND in time for Christmas. I was amazed ! Thank you .

Great customer service, very nice and helpfull people. Quality and fitting of their products is very good. Their utility kilts are well made from sturdy cotton and have style. Bought one in black and another in olive. I wear them at the navel waist level, similar like traditional kilts, because they are long enough (standard kilt length) and therefore look like a kilt. A good choice for every day wear. The delivery was very fast as well. Thank you very much, clear recommendation.

Absolutely excellent from first order to delivery, fantastic quality for quality products. Even in these difficult times my order was so easy to complete and delivery was made the very next day. Packaging was excellent and communication from start to finish kept me up to date on the status of my order. The only problem I encountered was deciding what to purchase from the many excellent and well thought out deals available. Without doubt a five star rating for a five star service from a five star company.

I ordered a complete kilt outfit for a wedding and they helped me a lot and i received the order perfect very fast and I live in Switzerland, which is not always easy with orders from the UK and the EU. The prices are fair and the quality is very satisfying. The communication is also very good and I am sure that was not my last order there.

I have given some nice reviews and some not-so-nice reviews. I am fair, though. Those who have received a bad review from me deserved it, and those who received a good review from me also deserved it, but none of my reviews, good or bad, were so deserving of a nice review than The Scotland Kilt Company deserves.
I have been absolutely delighted with the service and products I have received from this company.
Everything I ordered, and it was a lot of stuff, arrived the next day, on a saturday, and the kit was flawless. Perfectly packaged and not a mistake on my order.
To compliment this company further, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size of Ghillie Brogues because shoe sizes in recent years seem to be so inconsistent. I ordered an 8.5 to compromise between an 8 and a 9, but the brogues were made perfectly to fit and the 8.5 was too big. I should have ordered the size 8, which I have been most of my life. However, The Scotland Kilt Company exchanged the size 8.5 I ordered for an 8, and I got them the next morning at their expense. Service does not come better than that.
I have sent the first pair of brogues back to the company, but I couldn't do it as quickly as they managed to rectify my mistake. That is brilliant customer service - second to none.

I decided to buy a kilt as several of my friends are kilt-wearers and I thought it was about time I joined them. Being a know-all Englishman, I totally ignored all of the measuring instructions and went by my trouser size.
Big mistake.
After a couple of further wrong orders, I finally got around to ordering the correct size by (shock, horror) actually measuring my waist!
Through all of this, the staff at Scotland Kilt were absolutely brilliant, even though it took until my 5th garment to get it right. Wonderfully polite, with the patience of saints.

The Scotland Kilt Company seems to be a fine company with prompt attention to it’s customers. My bad experience was with the Scottish Kilt Shop. A very bad experience indeed.

Received my financés kilt today, I havent seen it but he is stoked! Perfect fit, he didnt have any comments. Also the communication with The Scotland Kiltcompany is very pleasant. Quick and clear responses.

I recently purchased a Argyl kilt outfit and I can honestly say that I am really pleased with the quality and the mail order service. My kilt was too large when delivered and they chaged it without any trouble. I called them direct several times with questions and a young lady was always eager to assist (Angie). She even rang me to let me know when my replacement was put in the post.

Brought 2 family crest kilt pins. They was very well made, was dispatched on the time scale set. Very happy, would buy from again.
