I can’t thank Stephanie enough for everything she’s done for us. She’s been so helpful from the very beginning, always keeping us informed and replying quickly whenever we had any questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

At the end of the tenancy, Stephanie really went the extra mile. She took the time to speak to the landlord and explain why it wouldn’t have been fair to make deductions from the deposit, as the property wasn’t professionally cleaned and the garden wasn’t tidy when Bree moved in. Thanks to all her hard work, Bree is now getting her full deposit back.

It’s been such a pleasure dealing with someone who is so professional but also kind, understanding and easy to talk to. She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.

We feel very lucky to have Becky Moore as our Property Manager. We have been impressed by her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly approach from the very beginning. Becky has always responded promptly to our emails and questions and has been patient and supportive whenever we've needed assistance. Her excellent communication and willingness to help have made settling into our new home much smoother and far less stressful.

I use the personal agent to manage my property. Recently had a minor issue where some repairs were needed. Becky Moore was incredibly helpful and efficient in getting the issue rectified for both myself and the tenant.

Becky Moore ( property management lady) she is an adorable women who helped us when we were in a stressful condition.

She did help and supported us in resolving the flooding issues in my flat, as well as arranging for the ceiling repair after it fell off. She kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to my concerns, and worked hard to ensure everything was dealt with as quickly as possible even multiple out of hours call outs and late working nights to ensure it was resolved.
Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I really appreciate all her efforts and the excellent service she provided.

My tenanted Property (in Epsom) recently ran into a couple of major issues (bathroom ceiling collapse & kitchen flooding).

Becky very skilfully managed numerous parties (me, tenants, upstairs neighbour, management company, Thames Water & contractor) during a stressful 8 day remedial process. She was able to keep everyone calm & get both issues sorted in the most cost-effective & speedy way possible!

Always quick to respond, very helpful/professional & was even happy to keep me updated well(!) outside of office hours which was greatly appreciated

Company found us a buyer quite quickly and communicated well during the whole selling process.

Meeting Callum at Epsom Branch was a very pleasant experience and he quickly understood and listened to my requirements. He followed up with a viewing quickly and we made an offer on the property within a few days of our 1st meeting.
The team at Epsom were all very helpful to guide me through the references protocols.
