They allocated me with a very good instructor and was able to give me a test date to a time period I preferred.

I had a great experience with the Pass People. They allocated me a very professional driver instructor, and booked my driving test! In the space of 6 months I had 2 tests and passed on my second one! Very happy and totally recommend. It saves time, money and stress! Wishing the Pass People a very successful 2026 .

I got an earliest booking date for my test at my preferred test centre

I struggled to find a test in my local area, I was using a cancellation app yet nothing came through. I decided to purchase an intensive course with a guaranteed test to get a test but also a bit more practice and it was completely worth it! I had a wonderful instructor who taught me very well and a test came through relatively quickly within 12 days or so of the said date due to availability.

I like that I got a date in the end, and the staff were very helpful and accomodating to my needs when rebooking my test, and the little good luck emails were cute! However it felt like I was pushed to the back burner after I couldn't do the first date given to me and only prioritised once I mentioned cancelling

They have been very friendly and helpful. Any questions they have been happy to help and advise.

Great service and support from start to finish! Turned 17 on 10/12/2025 and passed his test 6/1/2026!! Great teaching from his instructor as well.

I wasn’t sure about using this route but was pleasantly surprised at how effective and professional the team were. They did exactly what they said they would do. Test booked and excellent instructor secured in the local area. And to top it off test passed with only few minors all within one month. The team were also really quick to reply to any queries even over the busy holiday period. Have recommended to others.

Very poor experience, avoid unless you want stress and delays

I booked driving lessons with The Pass People expecting professional support. After my first and only session, I raised concerns about the instructor’s reliability, communication, and suitability. These concerns were largely ignored, and I received no proper support or follow up.
I paid for 10 hours but only received about 50 minutes of instruction, yet the company misrepresented the remaining hours. Requests for a full refund for unused lessons have been delayed and mishandled, and communication has been inconsistent, confusing, and distressing.
As an autistic adult, I found the approach unprofessional and damaging, with no consideration for reasonable adjustments or customer rights. The handling of my lessons and refund has affected my ability to prepare for my practical exam, causing unnecessary stress and impacting my mental health.
Overall, the service failed to provide the lessons I paid for, ignored my concerns, and created additional stress rather than supporting my learning. I cannot recommend this company.

I had to get my lisence after my husband passed away as I had to become independent again. Mark and Rachel were awesome. By theory test was booked for me at a place and time convenient to me and they did the same for my practical test. Got me a wonderful instructor. We hit it off from the start. Unfortunately I failed at Mt first attempt but they rebooted a second test at a reduced price and within a month, I had my lisence. Throughout this process, I received messages of congratulations and encouragement 💓. It was a really great experience, dealing with them and I am happy to recommend this company to any prospective customers. They get the job done. Massive thanks to the whole team.

I booked a 15 hour course on the 16th September, with hopes I could be driving by December this year, that was my goal, in current times it felt like it would be a miracle if I pulled it off. The team here got back to me very quickly with a test date, a week later I had my practical test booked in near end of november. Come test day I had no issues just straight through pass. Im now driving and its not even December! The team here are phenomenal! If you are looking to get driving I 100% recommend the Pass People!
