I have ordered from The Paperbox multiple of times as their paper and envelope quality is of high standards and shipping was super efficient. I particularly like how they send out samples of anything you may want to see before bulk buying. I would highly recommend them.

I've shopped with Paperbox a few times over the years and always was impressed with the quality of the products. I've also sent other business their way by recommending Paperbox to friends who have all used them for their wedding stationery.

I had a problem with one product on a recent purchase which I wrote to customer service about. The assistant was so rude, I was not happy at all with the way the situation was handled that I returned the whole order. I've since placed orders, all of which have been cancelled apart from ones that I've had to ask friends to place for me because I'm being refused service! Disgusting people they have working for them. No way to treat your customers. I needed an extra small pack of card to complete my sisters wedding invitations and they've just cancelled my order and refused my custom once again. Beyond appalling. Avoid.

It's also interesting to note that there are a few TrustPilot reviews stating that the customer service is poor.

I've been shopping with paper box a while now. Loved how fast and how much variety there is. But once you contact customer services its a complete different story! So unbelievably rude. They put stickers on samples which I paid for to try printing on.(which is recommended on their site if you want to print on them , they recommend you sample them!) The stickers tore the page so I couldn't even get a print to sample to customers! The response I got was. They've never had anyone request Samples to print on. And your just meant to look at the samples apparently. Not do anything you might need to sample it for! Will not be going back. Papermill here I come! Will not be going back just because of how poor the customer service is.

We have decided to buy Paperbox Mini and A5 envelopes for our store so to hand out a copy of the reciept to ur clients along with our business card. The quality of the paper is amazing and the service fron ordering to delivery is very frendly and easy to approch. We have placed a second order already.

Brilliant experience start to finish! I started by ordering the sample books to help me pick the card I like and when I received them I was blown away by the quality of the card. I very shortly after this ordered my perfect card for crafts which is the A4 Recycled White Grain Card 250gsm. It is the most reasonable price and the postage was very quick and more importantly very secure so there was 0 damage at all. Very impressed and I will be returning to purchase more!

The papers I ordered were delivered very promptly and were nice quality, and exactly as listed on the website. All very easy, no fuss. Thank you.
