Good value and excellent service
I needed some smart envelopes to send invitations to a wedding anniversary lunch and Paperbox were able to supply the quantity I needed for a good price. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was on time and the envelopes are excellent quality.

Inconsistent Quality and poor customer service.
I've been ordering from PaperBox for about 2 years with very little issue. 6 months ago I ordered a "Bad batch" from them which I was unable to print on. I raised the concern and was told no changes had been made. I ordered an additional batch and printed on them just fine.
Cut to last week when I ordered a batch ready to restock my business but was met with the same poor quality print rendering them useless. When I raised this with Paperbox I was told there was no issue, followed by "we're subject to our suppliers and we cannot replace 3 tonnes of stock from them" which seems like an admittance of fault.
I was then offered a product from their sister company "PaperMillDirect" which I assume would have the same supplier and therefore the same issues.
I would not recommend them for card blanks at all. The inconsistency of the product is just not worth the financial risk.
