One Stop Cars of Manchester Reviews 

We were a little anxious as we live in Devon and my wife had found an Audi Q3 for sale online but near Manchester at One Stop Cars. That’s a long way to go and if we do buy it what would the after care be like. Well we took the chance and travelled up. when we got there Jaz the sales person was really nice and she reassured us that they would give good after service should anything be needed. As with cars I’m fully aware things do crop up. With that reassurance and the car looking good we bought it. After a couple of months I needed some support with a few small issues. It was really nice that for a change to deal with a company that wanted to help and give support not hide away . The issue with the car was sorted out by Lee and arranged at a near by garage in Devon. So not to even have to travel out of our own town.
I would 100% use one stop cars again. When looking to purchase are next car.

After travelling for over 6 hours on a train to pick up my rangerover evouque we arrived at one stop cars of Manchester, Jasmine was very welcoming and offered us a hot drink. There was a issue with the finance company not sending the funds.
Jasmine took the time to sort this out and after a while all was okay and we left with the car.
The car is as described on there website and we are so happy with it.
I highly recommend one stop cars Manchester and we will certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic car dealership, friendly staff who made the whole process of buying the car stress free, especially Jasmine and Lee who quickly sorted out a problem, under warranty, with the vehicle we bought and kept us regularly informed of the repair as it progressed.

After having an awful experience with another dealer I was skeptical about purchasing a new car, I had received a few recommendations of One Stop Cars so thought I’d have a look. I found the car I wanted at a great price and decided to book a test drive. My initial viewing, test drive, purchase and collection was completed within a day. The experience was great from start to finish and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Brilliant service from the start. Jasmine kept me updated, sorted everything & it was an extremely positive experience. I bought my Citroen online & had it delivered.

From the moment I made contact to arrange a test drive (and then asked to be fit in earlier at last minute which was accommodated) to the actual pick up of the vehicle Ollie was amazing.

There had been a few issues with my finance company which I arranged independently and they had delayed releasing the funds to enable me to collect my car. Ollie knew that I was due to go on holiday in a couple of days time and was overrun with work commitments, so I needed a quick turn around and he went above and beyond to ensure it was settled in time. With this in mind, he did all of the chasing with the finance company on my behalf to allow for a stress free purchase and collection.

In a world full of negative comments and reviews I just wanted to share some positive ones.

Fantastic service throughout our purchase, Jasmine was on the ball at all times, very efficient and pleasant. Car was bought online and delivered 250 miles away (when promised) and arrived as shown on the website (apart from some motorway flies).
Would highly recommend and will return when looking for a replacement second car as this wasn't the usual high pressure sales like other dealers

Absolutely fantastic service this is how a company should run. Bought a car from this company as a first car for my daughter. Nothing was to much trouble there was no pressure at any point. I would 100% recommend this garage. Jasmine was great I would definitely return and be a repeat customer.
