The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. The delivery timeframes are based on working days after dispatch, so weekends aren’t included. As your order was placed after our courier collections had already gone out, and it left us the next working day.
Most parcels arrive within 1–3 working days once dispatched, though this can vary depending on the courier and delivery location. Some more remote areas, including UK islands and highland regions, may occasionally take a little longer.

The transport company who I always have…
The transport company who I always have problema with REFUSES to come into the lift to deliver my parcel. Says he cant deliver to my door. This is a first NEW LOW from this company.

Day 28 and I feel great
The food tastes much better than other TFR companies I had tried previously. Just read my previous comment to see how I make my packs. You don’t have to have the savoury packs at lunch and dinner. I woke up feeling like I needed something a little more substantial this morning so I had the spaghetti bolognaise for breakfast like a boss 😎 learn the do’s and don’t of the diet plan and make it your own. I’ve been on this plan for 28 days today and I am on chemotherapy drugs and immunosuppressants which re-wire my immune system. The packs have helped to curb my side effects and have taken out the stress of having to prepare, cook and wash up several times per day. I’m not weighing myself but I’ve lost a good dress size which is amazing.

I was already over 2 years ago on this diet and went down 17kg within 6 weeks. Now after two years, I went up within couple of months due to depression so I am back to this diet. I fully recommend it!!!
