laptop adaptor

I required a new laptop adaptor no longer available from Acer. It was easy to find the correct part on the site, pay for it and it was delivered speedily. The adaptor seems good quality and is working fine. Very happy.

Ordered a genuine charger for a laptop

Ordered a genuine charger for a laptop, arrived without any problems and so far so good.
Bo problems with ordering and no problems with delivery. (Think it actually turned up a day early if i remember rightly👍 )

This company knows its stuff…

The company dealt with my initial query and ensuing sale very professionally at every stage. They didn't pressurise me at any stage to buy anything from them - that was my choice entirely. The product I bought is good quality and does the job perfectly. At every stage of the delivery I was fully informed as to what was happening. The delivery was very rapid and efficient. I recommend this company - they know their stuff and you are treated like an individual with personal care and attention to detail.

Easy to find what I wanted as descriptions are detailed and match whats on the thing its replacing- vital when tech knowledge is poor, as is mine!

Replacement Battery HP Pavillion Laptop

I wanted a battery for my HP laptop so I contacted the company prior to ordering to check I was ordering correctly which was promptly answered. I placed the order and received within quoted delivery time and have now installed and is working perfectly. Time will tell how long it lasts. Thank you.
