First I would love to commend this brand on how detailed they are. Upon first sight, you will literally fall in love with the product. I received a duffel bag from them and I have to say that I am in aw. I’m so excited for my trips now. I appreciate how they paid attention to every detail of how I wanted the bag to be customized 🖤

From start to finish The Jacket Maker did not disappoint! I am a sucker for packaging, so the packaging itself being wrapped neatly, the fact that it came with a travel bag, and a personal gift item made me excited just opening it. Now the jacket, the quality of it you can tell by just looking at it and feeling it that it was something good. Not to mention the fit, it fit like a glove with a little wiggle room, and for someone who usually freezes with weather under 70 degrees, wearing this I am SO warm, I can walk around in 30 degree weather with this jacket open and thats saying alot from me! Overall this jacket and company is def something everyone should purchase from.

The Jacket Maker was awesome to work with! We needed an order of custom jackets for some sales reps on our team that won a competition and we had a pretty tight timeline. We got a couple of differenet samples and they too feedback very well on where we wanted to changes. The final products turned out amazing and our sales reps were super excited to receive such an amazing gift. Communication was very on point and timely throughout the whole process. Craftsmanship and quality were also amazing! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any custom leather needs in the future.
