I usually wear an XL I ordered the 3x and it fit perfectly. Jacket runs a bit small so order 1 to 2 sizes above your regular size. Quality of the leather is top notch. Love it!

I ordered my jacket on April and received on May, however it was to small in size and quality not as excepted. I return jacket next day but never received my money back. It's been 5 months already!
There is no phone number or legit email listed for this company. None of my emails were answered. I'm very disappointed and frustrated dealing with this company. It looks like fraud to me. All of the responses listed on Trustpilot looks like generated by AI or else, without any further action. Beware and don't buy from them !

had a custom jacket made. took a puffer vest and turned it in to a jacket. had a slight problem with the sleeves. sent it back, fixed the problem and the jacket maker gets a 5 out of 5 stars. customer service was right on the ball! kept me informed and helped all the way through the process. we will be doing business again.

I was thrilled, and nervous to open the package because I'm a bit weary about ordering clothing online. This was a big order, from an unknown company, so alot was running through my head that kept my excitement in check. Nice presentation, makes you feel you receiving something of quality and not something "made in China ". the complimentary gifts and thank you card is a nice touch. some of my anxiety wears off just by seing the texture of the leather, that it doesn't look cheep. It feel and looks durable. Once I put it on, I breath a sigh of relief! and I was sold!!. The size was near perfect. my Body is somewhat misproportioned, so for it to fit and hug my body the way it does, I couldn't ask for more. It feels great, it looks great, and even smells great!! very happy with this jacket. I look forward confidently! toward my next purchase.

I returned the jacket and it has been waiting for for months in Pakistan. I decided not to accept because of duty tax, and after reading a few bad reviews (apart from the fake ones) about the awful quality of the leather, which is in my right to do so - to not accept the shipment.
Terrible communication from their side and the company refuses to refund me.

Please don't make the same mistake - save yourself the time, trouble and money and don't order from them:)

Quality jacket made to my specifications, constant support from the staff. Quick communication and speedy delivery once your Jacket ships. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice leather jacket without the price of a designer jacket

After my first jacket I was a believer in they’re products but after my last order I became a dedicated customer. As long as you can relay what you want they will nail the rest.

Ordered using apple pay, never got a order confirmation - got worried so sent several emails to their contact email address as listed on their website, none of which got an answer.

They did start sending me ads so clearly they got the right contact information. I couldn't get them to engage so ended up having to recharge the CC.

Recommend avoiding, think they're bankrupt or something and haven't shut down the website yet.

Update following remark below:
It's not true - no emails, not in spam either. Which would be weird given that the only email I did get from them is an ad, which did end up in my mailbox. Also, given that I initiated the email, the spam filter wouldn't flag your response as spam.

More lies - the phone number is fine as I use apple pay all the time. This company is a scam, avoid at all costs. If they read this - pay me back the money and I will update here in the event that they do.

The team at Thejacketmaker was awesome. With their help, i was able to create my personal custom jacket, with customized embroidery/colors AND it was tailor-made.
Couldn't have made it without them, as no other company would offer such a level of customization.
Also, delivery was fast

I was extremely surprised and amazed at the accuracy of the product description and that it lives up to everything described for it. I am also very pleased with the help of the attached size chart. A Amazing quality and an amazing team of professionals. Love them!

I placed an order for a custom jacket and was told it would take 4 months to complete. fake address and no phone number no communication from them. it would take over a week for them to reply by e mail.yet money was taken out of my bank right away this is a scam. save your money find some one else this place sucks and judging from others its not going to get better

The motorcycle vest was EXCELLENT. Heavy, soft, thick, and a great look. Follow the size recommended because it was correct for me. Shipping was super fast and in a very classy presentation. Can't wait to order more in the early fall just in time!

What an amazing find. I discovered the Jacket Maker accidentally. I have just gotten into MTM and Custom Suits. I lamented in a forum that I wished there was an option for outerwear, especially leather.

The process was easy, measurements were well accepted and the final result is an excellent product I am proud to wear!

I've been a customer of the jacket maker for many years now. I've had many unique jackets crafted and Shawn and his team never fail in producing an amazing piece. The quality is excellent, the craftsmanship is superb. The more sizing information you can give these guys really shows in the final piece. They are excellent. Highly recommend!

I will admit, I am use to getting a product, and when I get frustrated, I just want a refund and to be done. However, when I ordered a custom size because they didn’t have it in my size & their return & refund policy is that custom sizing is not refund or returnable. But due to the situation, they worked with me and I absolutely love it!

Terrible product, cheap leather, terrible service, DO NOT BUY.

I payed for a custom fit - it was damaged and the size of a tent. After weeks of arguing they agreed to send a replacement - it was the wrong colour and style, and was again damaged.

They wanted me to pay for the return shipping for their obvious mistakes!

Never buy from these guys!

Shawn reached out in response to this review to offer me a jacket as a way to make up for my bad experience. He also ask that I take the review down (which I didn't agree to)...which turned into badgering me to take the review down...then saying they'll only ship the jacket once I take the review down. It's only after I threatened to make a Youtube review of this company that he shipped the jacket, like he offered.

This time, the style and fit is right, but it's was made from very cheap and very inconsistent leather. Some panels are COMPLETELY smooth and others are COMPLETELY rough. This does not look like a normal amount of variation from a natural product, this looks like it was stitched together from scraps.

I now have three of their jackets and none of them are good enough to wear outside the house. I bought a replacement from a local retail store (in Australia) that looks way better, fits way better, is made of better leather, has better craftsmanship, FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE.

They finally offered me a refund (only after I made threats of bad reviews) but only if I shipped all three jackets back to them first. After almost a year of dealing with them, I find them to be entirely untrustworthy and deceitful (there is no way they use full-grain leather like their website says!) so I'm not going to take the risk of shipping the jackets back - I don't trust them to actually refund my money.

They use cheap leather and cheap labour so I don't know how they justify their prices!

If you only take one thing away from my experience, it's that YOU CAN BUY A MUCH BETTER JACKET FOR MUCH CHEAPER ELSEWHERE!
