Not always reliable
Placed an order for 2 sockets and a light switch in Nov, after receiving nothing and no correspondence in two weeks I chased up via the sales team and managed to get part of my order shipped. We are now in Jan and I am still to receive my outstanding item and have had no further correspondence from as to if I will ever get this.

Excellent retailer
Product prices from this retailer are very competitive. My order was processed very quickly, had no problems and delivery was prompt. I couldn’t fault anything with the service received, would recommend them to others and would certainly use again in the future.
