Can't fault this company. Excellent, well priced, good quality products. Supreme service, good communications.
I ordered some light switches from them but unfortunately ordered 1 of them in the wrong colour. I let them know by email that I had cocked up but they replaced the incorrect switch free of charge despite it being my error.

Shocking. Returned goods on 1st March and still no refund. Several emails later no response. Contacted my credit card company who forced them to contact me, they said they would refund, still nothing as of 8th May! AVOID!

Poor experience, sent a return back warehouse confirmed they received it but no refund and refuse to answer emails!

Still waiting for part of my order from 18/03 supposed to be despatched via Amazon warehouse. Have contacted trader but without much success, keep saying they are chasing it up but it me chasing them or it will get forgotten about . Poor after sales customer support ,won’t use them again .

Excellent products and all items arrived within the stated delivery time, not too much plastic packaging, and a kind thank you lollypop :-)

I loved the look of the switches on the website. The order came really quickly, well packaged and even included a lollipop! The switches were even better than I imagined and look fabulous on my walls

This is most definitely the best internet company that I have delt with.
Made an error on order form regarding Gloss and Matt finish on light switches, received a call from a very polite gentleman who asked me to confirm my order pointing out my possible error, he was correct in his assumption and even gave me a small refund 😊. Had a follow up email not many if any companies offer such good customer service. A1 buy with complete satisfaction.

Really like the products, and the customer service is lovely! Ordered the wrong colour light switches and didn’t realise until a month or so later when electrician came to fit. Refunded when I returned products and ordered new ones which are perfect

After contacting the company a new order was raised and dispatched immediately and I received them the next day
I am pleased with my purchases in gloss white and will be placing another order for the black gloss

Ordered some specialist switches. After a few weeks they contacted me to tell me they could no longer supply has the manufacturer has changed the product. They showed me the new product which I accepted. Then weeks and weeks go by. I contacted them and spoke to some guy on the phone. He immediately told me they were in that day and would be with me by the end of the week. This was clearly, I know now a lie! They never arrived in fact just got another Email confirming more delay. I have now cancelled the order, will see how long they take to pay me back.
I can understand delays in manufacture however I do not accept being lied to and cannot recommend this company!

Buyer beware we purchased sockets from this company, we never received our sockets and now we are fighting to get our money back. I dont usually write reviews but feel a company this big should honour orders or give a refund when promised. Very poor service.

Wanted to replace all our switches with Trendi switches. The Internet Electrical Store is one of their premium gold certified resellers. They also have excellent prices, so decided to order from them.

Ordered 11 of one style of switch, so was able to buy 10 as a trade pack (which equates to a 16% discount on buying them separately). We also ordered 3 of a different type of switch, which meant we received a 5-6% discount on the individual price of those, since the switches are automatically discounted if you purchase 3 or more of one type.

As the order was more than £75, we received free delivery. We were also able to use a 10% discount code, which reduced the order even further!

Order placed online on the Monday morning, was dispatched the same day, then arrived on Wednesday morning - less than 48 hours after ordering. Considering the current climate and the fact that we live rurally (so deliveries usually take longer), delivery was excellent.

All switches have been installed and are working perfectly.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great range, excellent prices, excellent delivery.

When we get round to changing all our sockets, we will certainly be ordering them from The Internet Electrical Store.
