The returns process is terrible
The returns process is confusing and pretty terrible when compared to other online sellers.
I requested a return/refund and after going through what looks like a third party website was sent a label (of which i had to print myself) - having returned the item i haven't had any confirmation of when this is likely to be processed. When logging into my account on Idleman it doesn't even show up as being returned so i am currently wondering what is happening...
Have contacted support but this whole process is pretty awful and not intuitive or user friendly at all.

We are extremely sorry for the issues with your recent order due to a change in how WN Direct work with couriers in Greece.
It appears that there were some problems with the delivery of your package caused by a phone number not being provided on the order which meant it was shipped back to the United Kingdom and our Returns Team have received nothing as of yet.
We are aware that an official investigation has been opened with the couriers responsible for your parcel and they confirmed it was shipped back to the United Kingdom on the 23rd March.
A senior member from the customer care department has already released a refund for your order.
If you need assistance in the future with placing orders to Greece do not hesitate to contact our customer care team who are on hand to explain which details need to be provided for successful shipments.

Our Warehouse Team and Customer Service Team have extensive measures in place to investigate these issues should they occur.
We are aware that couriers are experiencing delays due to more extensive measures they have put in place due to the covid-19 outbreak and this has caused some disruptions with deliveries.
However for any courier issues we always encourage customers to contact our customer care team who are on hand to contact couriers on your behalf and can find out timeframes for deliveries for you.

Ive used The Idle Man a few times now and they’ve not let me down yet!
They have a good selection of their own designed items which changes with the seasons and they regularly have offers on - be it discount codes or free postage etc. They always deliver quickly and credit for items that don’t fit or suit. No complaints here!👍

Absolutely shocking service I received
Absolutely shocking service I received. Have had to chase my parcel for about a week as they use Yodel to deliver there garments. Finally got through to yodel and then the driver who first said he couldn't find my address then I wasn't in. Love the site and the stuff they sell but the fact they use Yodel to deliver there stuff had put me off completely and I don't think I will ever shop with them again. Just far too much hassle

Product quality disappointing
Although delivery was very good. The product itself was poor quality and had to be returned.
Two identical jackets in different colours had slightly different fits too.
