I ordered my gloves directly from the…
I ordered my gloves directly from the company. They were supposed to arrive on 13th January in time for a holiday in Finland. Accordingto UPS they are still on their way, but ate still shown as being in Germany sine 9th Janaury. After numerous emails with company I have not received a refund. Do not buy from this company as theirs customer service is terrible.

We processed your request as quickly as possible and immediately initiated an investigation with UPS as soon as we learned of the delay. Unfortunately, experience has shown that these investigations by the shipping service provider can take up to 10 days, over which we have no direct influence.
Regardless of this, the amount was refunded to you in mid-January. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations in this case and thank you for your patience and understanding.
