Many terrible experiences with the performance of your site!r
I am an operations manager with an international company where we occasionally send employees to other sites. We use your site to purchase gift cards to fund employee per diem for travel between sites for last minute travel plans. The speed and performance of your site is absolutely horrible. Every time I use your site, I promise myself to find an alternate before the next last-minute need. Almost every time I send an order to the checkout, your site gets hung up and I have to close the window, reopen, edit the order to resend to the checkout hoping it will push through. Absolutely horrible!

eGift card links don’t work
I have four e-gift cards that were sent to me and the links have expired. I have tried several times to contact customer service and they will not help. This is $300 that I am no longer able to access because the links expired. When I asked why the links to the E gift cards expired, they did not have an answer. There’s absolutely no reason why they shouldn’t be able to look up my information in their system and reissue the gift cards, but they refuse to do so. This site is an absolute scam and they are making money off of people. What is even worse is that they’re linked with Meal Train, and a lot of people who need these resources are not getting them due to their fraudulent practices.
