They stole $500 dollars from me. I can’t access it on the card no matter what I do, and their customer service says the exact same thing every single time “we changed our protocols to ensure safety measures” but will not let me have my own money. I am going to sue.

Not able to use the card
Not able to use the card. Tried several different merchants..tried to use it via Apple Pay ..tried to use on PayPal ..customer support was not much help ..he basically said just try another merchant or wait a few hours and try it again ??
