Gem: They Got the Name Right!
Dined out with friends on New Year's Eve 2025 and we were served (in the majority) by Frank. What a pleasant, polite and professional young fella who organised some garlic butter for our steaks even though it wasn't a menu option (thanks chef!). The food, although not cheap (as nothing is these days) was excellent: I started with Crab Tian (to die for) followed by a rib-eye steak which was one of the best steaks I've eaten in living memory. Could have done with a few more chips though. The beers and wines were excellent and, all-in-all, a great experience and Gem is well-recommended. Well done and Happy New Year to you all!
