I bought my dress form 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be here, at the latest, today. I called to check the status and get a tracking number and was informed that they learned yesterday there are no dress forms in the size I ordered anywhere in their warehouse.

I asked why they didn’t communicate this and was told it was because they just found out yesterday. So, even if they had it in stock it would have been a week late.

Terrible communication and false advertising.

I ordered the flesh tone torso mannequin. After about a month of hearing nothing, I contacted the company to inquire about my order. Received a message that they were short staffed, people out sick etc. I understand but not my problem and not professional. The person I contacted was nice and apologetic and got the ball rolling for me. They didn’t know why it was never shipped.Hummm, ok.
I then received my mannequin but in the wrong color. I wanted flesh tone, not a weird matte gray.
I contacted the company again. Got an auto message that they were closed for the holiday. They did not get back to me again. I contacted them again and received the reply that the warehouse shipped me this color because apparently they are out of flesh tone. No ETA as to when it will be available.
Again, very unprofessional. At least contact me to give me the choice of color and not just send a different color as if I wouldn’t notice or care.
The mannequin is good quality for the money and once they did ship it arrived quickly. So I will give them that. don’t think I will be ordering from them again. I had to buy what I wanted from another company.

Late and terrible communication!

I ordered a dress form and expected it to arrive in 4-6 weeks later. My order still hasn't arrived, I have managed to speak to customer services only once, and they didn't have a clue when I will receive anything!! Now I can not get in contact with anyone from either an email, phone or their chat-line. I am angry that I am not being told what's going on. I have spent a lot of money with this company and the service is terrible. Never again.
