Being poorly in France is not much fun
Being poorly in France is not much fun. Having the need of a trusted cough medicine, I found your site. Offices in France, and a 3-5 day delivery appeared ok. High delivery costs but expected.
Ordered Monday, had to chase and item only dispatched from UK on Wednesday. The terms and conditions do advise possible import tax, but not headlined at point of order. Friday saw a request from french customs for 7 euros tax. Paid. Saturday package left customs,and due to a bank holiday was delivered to me on Tuesday (1 week + 1 day since ordered.
The french postal system is exemplary, this site for accessing UK medicine abroad is currently flawed. If I had realised the delivery costs in total of 17 euros I would have sourced elsewhere.
The first and last time I use this site.

We are aware that the unexpected parcel taxes and delays have resulted in an unpleasant surprise, however unfortunately we do not have any information as to how much the destination customs will charge in regards to tax fees and this payment is paid directly to them or the destination courier. We are unable to provide this information before hand.

SO amazing! I ordered for the first time and one of my products leaked during shipment (not the fault of French Pharmacy and more so the way the product packaging was designed). I emailed them not expecting much, but they responded right away and expedited a new shipment! Truly amazing customer service and will absolutely order from them again.

POSTAGE OVER 10x THE PRICE OF PRODUCT
Situation:
The product I bought was not overly priced but there was the cost of postage - about £9.00 - quite expensive, but, ok.
Then after a 2 WEEK WAIT came the NASTY SUPRISE!! ... I had to pay further customs fees for the package once it arrived in France - ANOTHER £10.00!!
Problem:
A product worth a few pounds (it was the smallest size) became an OVER £25.00 PURCHASE - absolutely RIDICULOUS, to be polite, amount of money to pay.
Conclusion:
Needless to say this will the first AND THE LAST TIME.

The amount is decided by customs in the country destination. We do not have this information as this is not shared with us or with our UK based couriers.

The non-french pharmacy!
I ordered a product from this company as I live in France and the website says Paris and London. Since Brexit any items ordered from the UK are much more expensive, so i thought this company would deliver from within France. Unfortunately this wasnt the case and even though i paid almost 10 pounds delivery charge I also had to pay 10€ tax upon delivery. The package also took over 2 weeks to arrive. will not be using again!

This is a great place to shop for all the best French pharmacy skincare & hair care brands, either in person or online. I recently ordered something which was out of stock, & they obtained my products quickly, & emailed me as soon as it was ready to collect. The staff in store are always very friendly & helpful.
