Optrex eye drops.
After an issue with Optrex Dazzling eye drops I was most unhappy with the product. Optrex has changed the ingredients but their Website still had the picture and description of the original product.
The French Pharmacy acted swiftly and have refunded me, that is appreciated.

All the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, I had a lovely skin consultation and the fee was redeemable on any products I bought on the day.
I also received a lovely luxury travel size gift and extra samples.
10/10 I would recommend my friends to visit The French Pharmacy, they have brought the authentic French Pharmacie energy to London.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I ordered creams in a specific shade but I was sent another one (different from what was advertised on their web page). When I complained, the company tried to persuade me that it is only a new packaging. Since I owned previously both shades, I knew they were different. The French Pharmacy completely ignored my repeated requests to return the whole order and refund and they stopped replying to my emails. I purchased from them for the first and also the last time.

As previously explained in our emails, this change was made my the brand themselves as the packaging has changed in the UK.
The product is the same as what you would’ve purchased previously, and you can verify this if you check the barcodes. The barcodes will be the same.
The reason we haven’t responded to your previous email is because we understand your frustration and we are trying to find a solution with Uriage themselves.
However, if you do want to return the items, without us looking into this further, you can do so and we can provide your initial order refund.
We will send you an email to discuss this further.
Our sincerest apologies, and hopefully we can resolve this soon.
I ordered a cream for my daughter
I ordered a cream for my daughter, which arrived in a broken tube, spilled all over in box and bubble wrap, upon sending pictures and several emails and phone calls, they agreed to send a discount code to reorder, which never arrived, and now customer service replies we have to speak to that particular person who attended our complaint, and of course she is always unavailable now.

We are still investigating this with the courier as our investigation policy is 21 business days as stated in our policy.
