Swatches arrived in good time. My contact with the company has been very helpful. I was given advice regarding delivery due to being in 1st floor apartment. I found this very useful.

I spoke to them to order some leather samples. The samples came quickly and were a really good size. The leather is a lovely thick soft leather.

Very impressed with the English Sofa company. Spent a lot of time searching for a leather sofa that looked okay with my grans 1940's armchairs and found one here. Excellent website. Visited the showroom on our way back from Birmingham. Excellent service in the store. Sales service mainly through email as we live in South Lanarkshire Scotland. Nathan was very good at keeping us updated. Sofa ready when projected. Delivery went very well. Sofa great. A job excellently executed. Would highly recommend this company. Dogs love the Sofa also.

Looking for a uk company with local craftsman. It does look like I've finally found someone.

So far so good, I've been in contact, they have sent be swatches, I'm trying to curb my enthusiasm. It's all going to plan, they have a remarkable company servicing the whole of the UK.

They are very attentive, they will even provide me a quote with the sales price as I received the swatches during the sales. This gives me time to order the perfect sofas for me.

So, I will give a more up to date experience once I take delivery. Currently everything is perfect and going to plan...

Samples were delivered promptly, and will be great to take with us as we shop for complementary pieces to our lovely new sofa we'll be ordering!

Five Star Sofa. Very happy with the quality and the gorgeous warm brown colour (Vintage Copper). Two seater is plenty big enough for two (or one and a large dog). Company were very helpful in recommending the most dog-friendly leather. Excellent delivery experience.
I've knocked a star off because the sofa took 2 weeks longer than predicted. I don't mind this at all but it is a shame that the company don't feel the need to communicate with customers about any delays. When I contacted them to find out how things were going, they said they would get back to me and didn't.

Super quick delivery of samples and good thing to do as colours not quite what you may imagine - so good to get samples.

Very pleased with our new sofa. It is super comfy and stylish There was a tiny of damage on the sofa back less than 1/2 cm and it was sorted out with invisible mending. Very good customer service and great to buy British and have item made to order. Thsnk you very much

I'm so happy with my beautiful sofa and the service from The English Sofa Company. The sofa I fell in love with was slightly too big for my space. After ordering leather samples from them and a quick conversation with their sales team, they checked if the chaise element of the sofa could be reduced - and luckily for me it could. The sofa arrived on Friday and looks stunning. It's comfortable and looks so luxurious. I ordered the Lyme Chaise sofa.

Great advice when I went to choose the sofa from the showroom and then good communication throughout the process. Love our new sofa!

The English Sofa Company are a company to be recommended. They sent me leather samples in the post by return. Good size samples that give a true impression of the leather. They have a large range of sofas, chairs, sofa beds, beds etc in a large choice of colours and materials. With the samples they sent me a colour catalogue. Excellent service.

The service you gave just for asking for sample of the leather you use was first class. And we hope to give order in the near future.
