I am very pleased with my new sofa, they offered a wide range of styles and extensive choice of materials and colours.
The delivery team where great, at the end of a very long day they managed to get the large sofa arround the side of my house and in the patio door - all in the dark.
The one critasm I have is the intrusive number of marketing emails, even while I was awaiting delivery every few days they were extoleing me to buy a sofa. This has not affected my opinion of the overall company, they are efficient but I have unsubscribed to their email list.

Everyone was very friendly and responsive, the delivery was prompt, and the sofas are gorgeous!

Though we had two delivery dates befor it finally arrived, the delivery was made but two very efficient men delivered and took away packing. The settees are extremely comfortable.

The ease with which the company made the choosing of my sofa, regular updates on production, and a great delivery service.

We bought a leather chesterfield and the design is absolutely beautiful and colour is also great. We love it, the wait was worth it. Thanks

Love my new chaise sofa. The leather is immaculately put together. Its soft and luxurious to lounge on. The customer service was on point when I upgraded to a larger sofa a week after ordering. The delivery guys were professional, unpacked and slotted into place with ease.

We ordered online ,after seeing the beauriful leather samples .It was delivered by two lovely men who placed it in the required place removed all the packaging,there was a lot ,and fitted the feet. It is a truly beautiful sofa and we are so pleased thank you english sofa company

The company has been around for 40 years. This was a plus for me. Nathan a credit to the company. His response times were next day. Responses clear on point. I know now that if I need another sofa, I'll be in touch. Looking forward to receiving my Drake sofas in antique rum.

After requesting samples, which arrived quickly, I chose the Abbey Chaise and a tub chair in matching vintage tan leather. There were one or two unavoidable delays with the delivery, but once it arrived, the delivery men were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nathan was prompt in answering any queries I had during the whole process and the sofa and chair look fantastic, so I would encourage anyone looking for a premium sofa to look no further than The English Sofa Company.

I made a phone call and ordered after choosing from the brochure I had received with samples. This was an easy process as the team knew the furniture I wanted and it was quick to order by telephone.

From here on in, the experience was effortless and smooth sailing. My furniture was ready as I moved home, they delivered it within days of me sending an email and when the furniture arrived the guys delivering were so kind and helpful and revealed the most amazing furniture in traditional green leather I have ever seen. I adore it! The studs around the arms are beautifully crafted on. Its comfortable and certainly a stand out piece. I rate these guys 5 star plus. I ordered the Dunston x

The staff in the showroom were very friendly and helpful, the delivery was on time and efficient, taking away all the packaging and we are extremely happy with our new Art Deco corner sofa.

We ordered our sofa unseen from the internet. We were a little unsure but took the leap of faith and are so far very happy that we did. The samples and brochure all arrived quickly and we made our choice. The sofa was completed before our new flooring was fitted but The English Sofa Company held it for a couple of weeks until the flooring was in place. The delivery team from Empire were friendly, respectful and efficient in assembling the sofa and taking all the packaging away. Only time will tell how the sofa wears but it looks good and so far we are very happy.

Ordered some fabric samples and they came promptly. The quality of the materials was very good and there was a good choice of colours. Helped me decide on the colour of my new sofa.

Samples arrive on time and where of a good size to judge the different texture/finish of the various grades of leather. Good advice also to try swatches in different locations to account for colour change with light levels

Because should have listened to my instincts.armchair arrived courier company could not screw-in the caster so contacted the English sofa company who said they would arrange a technician to come and took nearly a month I showed him the cushion (seat) as it gone flat bearing in mind it’s not a month old Kim as come up with various excuses

The cushion as not been checked only by pics the technician looked at it as a good will gesture re our email to the Emmiera
He did not arrive to specifically to check cushion only caster .on Monday when I raised this issue with you it was suggested by you to speak to him about it .

Although we had decided what sofas we wanted beforehand, it wasn't until our showroom visit on 26 April that we discovered this wasn't the style for us! Just goes to show that it pays to see what you're money is going on 'in the flesh'. We opted for a similar style that wasn't so deep. The showroom provided all the information we needed to make our choice and place the order. They were ready for delivery 6 weeks later, as expected. The 2 man delivery team were excellent, unwrapping and positioning both sofas where we wanted them, taking all of the packaging away with them. Both sofas (3 seater & 2 seater) are great and exactly what we wanted. The communication from ESC was good. The 6 weeks gave us time to decorate the lounge! Would definitely recommend based on our experience.

I had a Forest leather sofa previously, for over 20 years and it still looked good. The sofa had 3 dogs jump on and off it over different periods too! I then got another sofa but when it was time to get a new one, I decided to go back to a Forest one, and purchased online through The English Sofa Company. The photos and measurements are accurate and the leather sample posted to me was reassuring, that the quality was just as good as my previous sofa. I tried to scratch it but there were no marks made.
Delivery was arranged with me, rather than being told when it would be. This meant I didn’t need time off work. The delivery men brought them both into the room, unwrapped them and took the packaging away.
