Gorgeous chocolate, so rich and creamy it lasted for two weeks, no way could I eat a lot in one go. Would definitely recommend, the design on the chocolate and the packaging were also superb. 🤩🤩

The chocolate is the best I have ever eaten. I love their originals but nothing is more exciting than seeing their collaboration & bizarre bars in my mailbox. I highly recommend these chocolate geniuses!

I have tried the creme brûlée which was gorgeous. The baklava inspired also delicious you make the best toffee/caramel. The baklavaty collab was nice my only issue is I like my chocolate from the fridge which did spoil the baklava pastry it made it soft but the thick chocolate and silky smooth caramel was still beautiful. I have also ordered 2 Easter eggs the toffee mallow and the teacake which I can’t wait for them to arrive as I know I’m going to love them. It is pricey I’m not going to lie but you pay for quality and I think it’s fully worth it. I will definitely continue to place more orders.

Deliciously very moreish chocolate and that’s just the outside, well the fillings are out of this world and as an added bonus there’s no palm oil , ok so it has to stay in the fridge I think all chocolate tastes better out of the fridge so no complaints from me
Keep up the good work
Well done everyone xx

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I ordered the chocolate online and received a dispatch email with a tracking link, but no delivery notification was ever issued by either them or Royal Mail (yes, their courier is Royal Mail). The parcel was marked as delivered by Royal Mail and was thrown over my back garden fence and left outside without my knowledge for a week. As a result, it remained exposed to the heavy rain for several days and the contents were completely damaged. When I contacted the company, I was repeatedly told by a very unhelpful and very arrogant lady (Krystyna) that the responsibility of the parcel passed to me simply because the tracking showed "delivered", despite the parcel being left unattended, containing perishable food, and without any delivery notification. I was offered neither a refund nor a replacement because, according to this company, the fault was mine for not tracking the parcel.
The most disappointing thing was the lack of accountability and willingness to find a reasonable resolution. I was made to feel like the situation was entirely my fault for not constantly monitoring tracking, which is not something I have ever been expected to do with other online retailers.
Based on how the issue was handled, I would not purchase from this company again and would advise others to be cautious because you will not get your money back.
EDIT (made on 14th March in response to the owner's reply to my review).
Once again you are blaming me for not tracking a parcel, which is where the problem ultimately lies. You can twist it however you want "for transparency", the truth is that both you and Krystyna handled the situation very poorly from the very first email and keep on using the excuse of being a "small business" to avoid refunding customers when even you admitted that "sometimes Royal Mail do not leave any delivery notes during busy times". I have no problem posting all the emails exchanged between me and Krystyna and, as also stated to her, issuing pictures of the products would have changed NOTHING because at that point you BOTH had made it clear that I wasn't going to get any refunds nor replacements because the fault was mine for not tracking my parcel.

Yummy collaboration as usual it’s always a nice surprise when it arrives, Baklavatty got an order straight after love purporting small businesses , Big corporations can shove it 😂

I completely appreciate the art and skill of what you do.
The only thing I would say is that it’s expensive and the wait for delivery was quite long.
You want quality I guess you have to pay but maybe, in today’s world, it’s an expensive treat.

I did a big order from the pre-order bonanza they had a few months ago, and received it a couple of weeks ago - on my birthday, woohoo! Unfortunately, the mail carrier didn't notify me that the package was delivered, so it sat outside for about 2 hours, and squirrels chewed through it (I can't blame them, it's winter and they're hungry). Those squirrels have good taste; they were straight for the Dunk Cookies Collaboration bar and put quite a dent in it. Thankfully, the other bars were untouched, and you better believe I cut the bite marks off the besmirched bar and ate that too! I only lost about 5-10% of the bar, an acceptable squirrel-tax, I suppose.
As far as the bars go, I haven't eaten them all yet, but of the ones I've had, they are all delicious. Each is also HUGE, and easily 2 large servings of chocolate, and this puts them perfectly in line with other gourmet chocolate bars I've had, pricewise. The collaboration bar was more expensive but also twice again as big, and was 4 big servings at least.
I've yet to find another company quite like this one. These really are more like candy bars (chocolate purists, look elsewhere) - if you like Ben & Jerry's ice cream for all the mix-ins, you'll love these. The flavor combinations are thoughtful and balanced, and the quality of the chocolate itself is very good. I usually find dark chocolate can be a bit iffy (waxy and doesn't melt well), but their Black Forest Gateau Bar was one of my favorites so far.
Overall, amazing flavors, actually decent pricing considering the size of the bars, and shipping is more than reasonable for international. The only complaint I have is that I have to camp my computer at drop times to snag anything!

The chocolate is incredible - the pistachio and chocolate gateaux bars are the favourites in our house so far! Customer service is great and quick.

You guys do an amazing job from North Carolina! I am grateful to be able to try your chocolates from before you had the machine and was hand wrapping each chocolate, to now, The quality of the chocolates are now my #1 go to for anything chocolate related. My favorite is the Golden chocolate. Even to the bizarre bars that have filling in them, they are the perfect amount of sweet without being too much. I will eventually do a review to show how this company has been on the money since I found them! I followed them for YEARS and would always miss the chocolate drop which would be sold out in minutes. This made me set an alarm 2 minutes before the drop to get on the website on time to snag a bar! It was definitely worth the wait, and I will keep trying to get more bars in the future! Thank you for caring as a company as much as your team does it really shows inside and out. :)

I'm really impressed with the experience I've had with the chocolate smith, the artisan chocolate maybe more expensive than others, but the quality is outstanding and the customer service is really good too. The variety of different flavour combinations is also really good.
Definitely worth a try!! 😋

Really good quality chocolate and excellent packaging.
Loved the salted Carmel bar but not so keen on the chocolate brownie flavour, which was dark chocolate. Would try other bars on special occasions as costly.

Been a fan of since 2020, we always look forward to that box arriving. The bars are always high quality, delicious and a real treat. The range of flavours is fantastic and there is something for everyone. I love the mini bar selections and the collaboration bars are just amazing!

Run - don’t walk - to the Chocolate Smiths (metaphorically speaking). Just received my collab bar as I’m a new subscriber. Totally worth it. An absolute triumph of a creation and great to read the story behind the bar and its cocreators. Packaging is so beautiful too.
