Not bad if you like having your car fixed every other day the warranty isn’t there in case you break down its for WHEN you break down my car has been in the garage and in total has had nearly £4000 spent on it in fairness they have paid for some of the repairs aswell as the warranty company but not everything is covered by them I highly doubt I will be getting another car with them not after this one iv had nothing but problems with it

Cannot understand why you would need to share my review with the warranty company as they are seperate to yourselves and I have already left them a 5* review for their service also nothing has been sorted with the director I was in touch with

Would like to thank aleksandra for the amazing work she’s done these past couple of days to get me the car I wanted!, I haven’t been approved anywhere else and aleksandra made it happen!!❤️ over the moon with the service and would recommend to anyone! Great car brilliant customer service, all a very easy process from beginning to end, brilliant customer service on all on levels, especially from my sales advisor roy nieves, helped me out no end, 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a new car on finance 10/10.

Aleks has been amazing from being to end. Soo helpful she made sure I got the car I wanted even when it was slightly more than I was first approved for she went the extra mile ❤️ I cannot get accepted anywhere I have been trying for 2 years but Aleks made sure it was possible for me. The person I spoke to initially once I was approved for the car finance was great he helped me find a car and the process and paying deposit was very smooth. I payed the deposit on the 10th April. I was told someone would contact me regarding the car and a possible collection date with in 5 days of time paying the £299 deposit. I have called in numerous times with the same response and also texts saying they will have an update within 2/3 days I call in again and there’s still nothing. One women was actually quite rude I can not remember her name. Everyone else I have spoke to have otherwise been very kind and tried to help in some way which but there is nothing they can actually do as it is with an independent garage for “checks”. Everything else has been smooth in the beginning and I’m not saying that they’re a bad company but timing for getting your cars could cause a possible delay. (That’s not their fault). I hope I hear from someone soon enough as I’ve waited 2 weeks and 4 days for any sort of communication from anyone as I have had to do it myself.

We have the reservation fee £300, £300 delivery not to mention the insurance, the tax, the diagnostics, and the stress on top and we get a measly £300 back. Rip people off as well sell dodgy 7 seaters. So we are 100s down for nothing.

Avoid this company if you suffer any kind of mental health problems as they will only make it worse.

2 cars I've had through this company. First we had 9 days and as we were going on a family day out (4 children in the car) as soon as we hit the motorway smoke began to pour out, and car was had to control. We had to pull over and get everyone out and up the embankment. We then had to wait for the aa to get us home. Car dead. We contacted the company to be told in order to cancel under the 14 days we had to get diagnostics done. More money we don't have. That showed up multiple errors and if they did the checks they claim they would have shown up so don't belive they have checked.

Never getting to talk to an actual person has to be done though email. They finally agreed to take the car back. They offered us to get another car. So we thought maybe just a one off. A month we waited with a broken down car sat outside that still had to keep taxed and insured. Again money for nothing. Then we finally get the car we requested, last Friday 21/4/23 and by the 24th its throwing up red warning lights and shaking like mad. Yet another diagnosis done. Injectors and multiple other items showing up. Will cost over £600 to fix. I don't care that they will pay for it. We shouldn't have to be doing all this within days. I did what I was told last time to email my refusal, only to get a email back they are on annual leave. This company clearly is just giving patched up cars to get you past the 14 days then its not their problem. Focusing on desperate people and yes that's what we were. As the beginning if you stuff any stress avoid this company. I have spent days in tears wondering what we are going to do now. We have a holiday booked in July and no car. I may get my initial money back but they can't take away the stress and worry they are now put us through.

In all this still no actual communication from a person. No apology nothing. Stressed us out, lost us money and time that we can't get back.

Edit as can't reply. Yes your company has offered to reimburse my money after they collect the car, rightfully so as given 2 dodgy cars. The car thats still sitting outside. As for rectifying the problem, they're is sorting the situation. There is nothing as a company you can do. I won't trust another car so as a company you will move on. we get to sit day after day stressing and trying to work out a way to still take my children on the holiday we have book and me as a care worker could use the brake. Now I'm just constantly stressed out.

Aleksandra has made my experience very pleasant from start to finish nothing has ever been too much and she’s gone above and beyond for me, she has made the whole process so easy and simple I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a car

Amazing company! Joe, my salesman was absolutely amazing, I was so impatient about when the car was going to be ready etc and he was very understanding of this.

Get the collection date, went to Manchester to collect and 20 minutes within stepping into the office I was on my jolly way home in my new car.

I was not very optimistic that I would get the finance but Vicky and her awesome team managed to get me a car sorted in a painless process.

Your talking to a real person on the end of the phone not someone who has to follow a script which made every call reassuring.

Worse than ever!!! Avoid them if possible!!! They're selling overpriced and not serviced cars,where you suppose to pay for extended warranty,without any cover and almost all garages don't want to deal with this kind of companies in relation to repairs or chasing money!!!

The whole process of getting approved was quick and handled really well, once I picked the car unfortunately that's when it's gone down hill, picked the car last week since then I've been having to try and communicate to as why it's taking so long to collect, just been getting the same reply since last week saying "should be ready anyday" or "is continuing through the preparation stage. This is taking a little longer than usual however we will have an update for you in the next three days" with no explanation!

I don't usually like to moan but it seems like I'm getting nowhere or that there's a problem with the vehicle.

There's been no relay and seems like everyone else has got there cars pretty quick mines now be over a week since I put the deposite down and picked the car!
As to this I need to get time off work to come up and collect the car but given no sort of guideline as to when just any day now
