What a journey, I passed my test last month and have been stressing because I want to get on the road, then I found this company.. easy process to apply and then I had the ‘YOUVE BEEN APPROVED’ message.. I then spoke to Jack who was very helpful, this is my first car and he just made my decision in choosing very easy. Advised me of the warranty aspect and honestly, great customer service. All that remains now is delivery/collection of the vehicle but I’m so amazed at the customer service. I spoke to someone today because my anxiety of getting to London was panicking me a bit and the gentleman on the phone, helped me and settled my nerves. Honestly never been happier. My dream of becoming a driver has come true. Roll on when my car comes home tooo meee🤎💛

Aleks was incredible. Always so quick to help was with me through this whole process. Anyone who has her is lucky.

Travelled all the way from Bristol to Basildon to get my car. I picked the car up, drove to put some diesel in and had a warning that the tyre pressure was wrong. Got back in the car after filling up and another warning came up about the car key battery being low. Drove back to where I got the car, they 'apparently' sorted the tyre pressure but didn't have a battery to fit the key so I had to go to Timpsons up the road to sort it myself. Drove back to Bristol, checked the tyre pressure with my gauge and x3 tyres where a fair bit lower than should be and x1 was higher than should be. Now I've had another warning light to say a side light has gone... all small things but what else will go wrong next?? Pretty pissed off considering the car is £12.5k and I'm paying £27k with the interest on top.

Great service I'm not the easiest person to deal with as I'm very indecisive, however Jack stuck with me and I eventually picked a car and collected the next day, car loan centre also paid my travel for collection.
Would highly recommend and thank Jack for all his help..

Vicky and underwriting team were just great, they kept me informed of everything that was needed and helped me to get the car that I needed. Just waiting for the delivery.

Simple application quick and easy. Vitoria Ryan was amazing polite and very reassuring about the whole process, always kept me in the loop, from start to finish the whole process took about a week and pick up my car today, highly recommend this company if your struggling with bad credit as they have gave me a chance to build that up, also recommend Victoria

The company and its staff have been so helpful all through the way, they’re nice and friendly people to speak with and they do their job professionally. My account manager is ALEXANDRA and she is simply an amazing lady.She is the most helpful person ever, she knew exactly what i was looking for and we finally got what i was looking for.
