Poor Refund Service.
Ordered Turquoise icing, they didn't have any and tried to get away with sending teal icing. I queried it and they admitted the turquoise was out of stock. I asked for a refund which they said they'd do, I sent the incorrect icing back and had to reorder from a different store. They never did refund me, despite confirming they'd recieved the incorrect items. Ended up having to do a dispute via PayPal. Terrible company, would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I placed an order
and was later told the item was out of stock. I immediately requested a refund, which should have been a straightforward process. However, after sending four separate emails, I have received no response and no refund.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and failure to return my money makes your company appear dishonest and untrustworthy. At this point, I consider this behavior to be nothing short of a scam.
I have now escalated the issue to my bank in order to recover my money. I will also be warning others about my experience. Extremely poor service from start to finish.

Wouldn't shop here again
Ordered some icing and cutters for my little boys cake. Paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it until 5 days later. They advised that this is because it was a bank holiday but at no point was I made aware I wouldn't get it next day!
I emailed them and they won't accept the return, even though I have not opened it, nor a refund for even just the postage!
